Perfect location!

My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, there was ample parking and the property host was very responsive! I would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Convenient

Great location for vacationing. It was a five-minute walk to the tour bus, Fountain of Youth, and restaurants. Our host, Lauren, was very responsive. It also was a great location for walking our dogs. I would stay again.

Quick St Augustine getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Sanchez. Rooms were spacious with comfortable furniture and bedding. Not great shower pressure but enough to get the job done. Nice front porch to relax on. We decided on Sanchez for the location. Two blocks to old Town trolley which I highly recommend to get the lay of the land and cut down on steps Four blocks to the Fountain of Youth. Pretty much all of the historic spots are within a mile and a half.. Having a clean, quiet and comfortable home to end the day was the icing on the cake.

Thanksgiving Stay

The location of the rental was ok close to downtown. The cleanliness of the house was an issue. I don't believe the floors had ever been cleaned. Probably the only water that was used on the bathroom floors was from the shower leaking. The beds were nice, clean, and comfortable. The outside of the house needs some attention. It needs to be pressure washed and shrubs cut.
