We enjoyed our stay at Voco hotel.The check in process was smooth,our room was ready for us even though we got there earlier than the check in time.Our room was spotless,the bathroom was clean and the beds were super comfortable.There was tons of space to move around in our double queen size room and plenty of storage.The pool area was beautiful,there were cabanas to sit and relax as you enjoy the evening sunset.The pool was heated, which was a huge plus! We did not get to enjoy the tastefully designed bar area,we hope to do so on our next visit. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to St.Augustine!

It’s an small property in a great location. You can walk across the Lions Bridge into Historic St. Augustine or be close to beaches on the island. The rooms were nice and well appointed with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was fine, but the hardware wasn’t aging too well. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Hotel is very nice, comfy beds and location good to downtown St Augustine. Only downfall is we arrived late 9pm after all day travel and were given a room right next to lobby and directly next to kitchen. Banging started 6:30am (on day light savings so really 5:30am) which woke us up then when breakfast started 7:00am it got loud. Would recommend hotel just request a room away from kitchen/lobby

Our stay, here was uneventful, which is good. However, there were no straws to stir your morning coffee, however, the coffee was excellent. The shower door leaves something to be desired, only half a door. Our key cards to our room were turned off a day early so we had to go down to the desk and get new ones.
