The Villa:
The villa is a contemporary style property built in front of a beautiful panorama. It is truly the perfect place to enjoy the fabulous sunset showsin the evening.
The living room widely opens onto the terrace, letting the gentle trade winds blow. It is furnished with sofas and armchairs in a colorful art decor and features a HD-TV with Dish Network and Apple TV.
On the same space is an indoor dining room which can accommodate up to twelve guests around the wooden table under lovely hanging lights. The dark wooden kitchen is located just a few steps behind and is fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking those scrumptious meals, it also features a bar and a central island. Everything is spacious and airy in this open plan layout, perfect for relaxing in front of the outstanding view over the ocean. If you wish to enjoy al fresco meals with deliciously grilled choices, a pleasant outdoor dining is also set up under the covered area of the terrace.
Speaking of the terrace, you will love marveling at the striking beauty of the surrounding environment. A second living room is located under this area, decorated with turquoise hints, reminiscent of the ocean’s reflections. At the front, you will find two heated swimming poolsto relax in, as well as an outdoor shower. Sun loungers are on the wooden deck close to the green lawn with palm trees and local shrubs. This lovely villaconsists of four air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. They are all furnished with king size beds and decorated with hints of orange, ocher, soft green, and royal blue in a refined atmosphere. One bedroom offers a splendid ocean viewand an outdoor massage area, while the others open onto a view of the tropical garden, one of which has a bathroom with a massage area as well.
