Great location for the eclipse
We stayed in Port Dalhousie due to it's location in the path of totality. It was a distance from Toronto although the property was very quiet. The place has four bedrooms, although we recommend having no more than four people due to the kitchen and seating availability. If you plan to cook, pick up necessities because, there's tea, coffee, salt, and pepper. The porch was nice to sit and watch wildlife and the rowing teams. The neighbors were very nice and there are many walking options around town. Each of us has decided we are going to return again.

Music Festival Weekend
Stayed for 3 nights to attend the Cicada Music Festival. Walking distance to the island made it a perfect location. The restaurants and pubs 1 block away were great as well. We enjoyed morning coffee in the Muskoka chairs watching the rowers practice. Great stay.

Niagara Wedding Weekend
This is a very special property perched at the edge of the Canadian Royal Henyel regarra course. For anyone with a love of rowing it is amazing! The small town of Port Dalhousie has lots of character. The property has lots of charm. It is in an older house that has been rejuninated. The outdoor spaces are stunningly beautiful!

Weekend stay
Our group of 4 couples were in the area for a wedding. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable but common area was really a hall. Outside area on a nice day would be lovely Outside stairway could use a light to facilitate entry after dark.

Beautiful location and home. Bedrooms do get hot and there is not a great deal of indoor space to hang out, but the yard is beautiful. We could have sat and watched the rowers for hours! A perfect location

Extremely pleased!!
We loved this place, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard watching the rowers while enjoying local wines!! Within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop, as well as close to the Falls, wineries and breweries!!

Great place for our team!
Our university rowing team stayed here for 3 nights for a race at the Henley Rowing Course, and this was the perfect place for us! Great location, great hosts, and a very nice space. Would definitely come back!

Great stay & location
We had a wonderful stay at Zeke & Lana 2nd floor house. Location was just so nice along the internal waterway and close to our venue we were all attending. The house was very clean and beds comfortable. We had warm weather during our stay so be aware their isn't any AC but many windows available. Zeke and Lana instructions were just perfect and they responded very quickly to any inquirires. Very accomodating and definitely a great place to stay. Stunning view
This was the most perfect location for our family as we cheered on the Canada Games rowers. It was spacious enough for 6 adults as we were outside the majority of the time. If you had to eat indoors it would be squishy. Owners live on premises and helped us quickly with minor needs and even offered to help with our car troubles. Very pleasant couple. We all loved our week there!

A perfect weekend escape
We spend a very fun and relaxing weekend in Port Dalhousie. Thanks to our hosts, Zeke and Lana, for offering a very comfortable space for our family of seven. Such a beautiful place that is immaculately kept and has the most amazing views from both their upstairs sunroom and backyard. We loved watching the moonrise in the evenings by the pond. The peaceful morning coffee and the late night cup of tea listening to just nature sounds was the best recharge we've had in months. Our hosts answered our inquiries prompltly and gave us absolute privacy. Thank you so much, Zeke and Lana. We hope to visit your place and area again soon!

Fantastic location!!
This small apartment is clean and cute. Can’t beat the location for watching a regatta and walking into town for the restaurants. It was a great experience and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating!!

Beautiful stay in Port Dalhousie
Beautiful property, very conveniently located a short walk to the Port Dalhousie pier/strip and a short drive to the wineries in Niagara. Zeke and Lana sent us all the check-in information and gave us complete privacy for the weekend. The listing was exactly as described, and the pictures do not do it justice! The backyard has ample space, with a stunning view of the water and the park. My family has a fantastic stay and are already talking about booking this spot again for an annual trip! Cute location
Port Dalhousie is such a cute, walkable beach town and this house is perfectly situated to explore this area on foot as well as get you to any of the other local areas (St. Catharines, Ontario wine region, Niagara-on-the-lake, etc.) within a short drive. Know that the living area is very small, as other reviewers noted, but we found it met our needs. The outdoor space is beautiful and well equipped with seating to enjoy your surroundings - including the local crewing teams. The hosts, Lana and Zeke, are very friendly too!

Girls Refresh weekend 2022

Collins estate review
The location of the rental in the quaint. Immunity of Port Dalhousie is great. It is on the water although you cannot access the water. But is a beautiful view. The accommodations were clean and well renovated. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a garbage can and tissue box. The kitchen is much better equipped than expected. The eating and living areas are very small. Only 4 can eat and there is sitting for 3 in the living room. This didn’t impact us as the weather was nice so we sat and ate outside. The yard is large, fairly private and quiet. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you Lana and Zeke

Exactly as listed… perfect for us!
We had a great time staying at this property! It was exactly as listed in the profile. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with as one night we needed the ac cranked up (hello heatwave!) which they accommodated. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for going on day trips to the wineries and other fun activities because it’s quite central! Also very close to the beach which was nice for the kids. Beautiful view as well. Also great shower pressure :)

Misleading
We thought we were renting both floors. Unfortunately we ended up getting the second floor only which meant going up and down the steep stairs constantly to sit in the backyard as there is no living room. There is a small dining table in the kitchen which obviously cannot accommodate 8 people, so everyday we had to carry our food up and down to the backyard for breakfast and dinner. In one of the bathrooms, the door is so old that you have to push it with all the power you got to close it and not to mention you need to sit on the toilet sideways because the toilet is literally places between the wall and the sink with no room.

Nice appartement in a great location
This 4 bedrooms appartement located on top of the owner house is well located. 5 minutes to the local beach and 20 to 30 minutes from the main attractions. Every thing was clean and in order. The kitchen is verry small if you plan to cook a lot and the small kitchen table can only fit 4 people. The living Room is a couch in a small allway. You Can't have acces to the water from the property. We Enjoy our overall stay.

Amazing property with a great water view
What a great stay! Spacious bedrooms with a cozy living room set up. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and complimentary coffee. There was limited common space inside for a party of 8 but it was enough. Fantastic outdoor setting with lots of benches, tables and a fire pit for the evenings. Thanks!

Great experience!

A stunning sunrise view over the water...
We loved our stay - the property was very clean, good water pressure, and completely met out needs. Great jumping off spot for all of Niagara Region! We really enjoyed watching the sunrises, and the rowers practicing out on the water in the early morning. The big yard was a great space for our 4.5 year old son to run around in, and the neighbourhood made for some very pretty walks.

Beautiful place with great views of the lake. We loved being able to have a fire so close to the lake at night. The sun room is great to have a morning coffee in and do some reading. Great spot
This is a great location if you're looking to enjoy the beach and patios in Port Dalhousie. It's a 5 minute walk from the strip and you have your own view of water from the backyard. The flat was very clean and it had all the amentities you need. The backyard has lots of tables for outside dining and chairs for having a fire or looking out on the water. The check - in was smooth and the hosts ensure you have your privacy while using the backyard. I highly recommend booking this flat.

Great place!
The property is clean, quaint and fully stocked for general purpose needs. One of the better properties I've ever rented. The hosts are very respectful and give you your space. The backyard is large, overlooks the lake and is a great place to relax.

When you rent a cottage and its an apt...
Very clean 4 bedroom unit over looking the lake. Great views and outside space, unfortunately although it was listed to accommodate 8 people it is not suited for such a large group. It is not a cottage per say it is a 4 bedroom apartment without any indoor space to gather in for eating or socializing outside of the bedrooms. The owners were in the lower part of the home which was not indicated and a bit uncomfortable to find out upon arrival. Its much more suited for a group of 4 or less. I would like to have the opportunity to speak with the owners regarding this as the listing is a bit of a misrepresentation. However I am unable to connect with them through this app. Again very clean unit and great outdoor space it just wasn’t suitable for my group of 7 people

Great place to rest!
The house is big and very clean! The space outside is enjoyable, beautiful lake view and there are a lot chairs to take a seat and admire the view. House is equipped with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom stuffs. There are 3 beaches near to the house and one of them is possible to go by foot. Zeke and Lana are very responsive and very nice people. My friends and I enjoyed our weekend in this place!

Breathtaking views!
We stayed here for a girl's weekend getaway and the place was just perfect! We had spacious bedrooms, everything was clean and set up well. I would have preferred to know that the apartment was upstairs versus the whole space. We felt bad that the owners lived downstairs and had to put up with whatever loud laughing and screeching we were doing. We stayed up very late and at times felt bad that we were disturbing the owners, but not once did the owners complain! SO accommodating and understanding! With the cold we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space much but there was a sun room of sorts where we spent A LOT of time in. It was perfect to have our morning coffee in, and to end the night in. The living room was almost a hallway, so this added sun room was so perfect. We would definitely come back to stay at this lovely hidden jewel!

Cozy and comfortable
Although not a huge space, this rental was extremely clean and comfortable. I travelled with my parents and 2 children and we each had our own room which is key to everyone sleeping well. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was set to a comfortable temperature. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals. It's a quick 20-30 minutes to nearby attractions in Niagra Falls. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

St Catherine’s sweet gem
The property was immaculate 👌and the location was perfect! Felt like I owned it myself! The owners were very very nice, kind and generous and very accommodating ! Planning on coming back the following year it was wonderful!

Enjoyed our stay!
This is a nice place in a cute little town. You can walk just a few blocks to local restaurants and parks. Fun to watch the rowers on the water. Very clean and lots of towels, dishes, etc. A/C was awesome...always comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay!
