Very clean, and very well located. The laundry was very easy to use. Very well appointed kitchen. Would suggest nightstands and lamps in the bedroom and an air conditioner in the bedroom.

Outstanding VRBO experience
We came from 3 states for a longtime friends gathering. The attention to detail and amenities at the house were outstanding. Location super for walking into St. Charles or Geneva. And we simply enjoyed visiting in the comfortable living area. The host couldn't have been more responsive. Definitely set the bar high for future VRBO stays.

Perfect getaway
Michael is the perfect host! Friendly and available if anything is needed! The attention to detail in every aspect is foremost! We chose St. Geneva for our Sister in law getaway! Michael greeted me and gave a tour of his cute VRBO! It is spotless and fully stocked with everything you will need! We visited just after Thanksgiving, so it was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful! The location is perfectly situated between Geneva and St Charles! Across the street is the Fox River and a trail that connects you to both cities! I highly recommend St Geneva!

Wonderful stay
The property was very comfortable and clean with thoughtful amenities and Michael was very helpful. Location was awesome right by the river, parks, and trails in a pleasant neighborhood. We enjoyed it and will come again!

Every thing you need.
Great location. Accross the river from a world class park and just minutes to great coffee houses and restaurants. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is here. The host, Michael, stays behind the scenes but is ready to help in any way he can. Very clean, very tidy and a place I can recommend to anyone. Scott Deitz

Wonderful!
I came to town with a friend to run a marathon in Geneva and our stay couldn't have been better. The house is adorable and Michael is extremely hospitable and detail-oriented. You can walk to shops and restaurants or just enjoy the tranquility of the property. If I come back to Geneva I will definitely stay here again!
