Hotel was nice. In a great location with lots of food options and shopping close by. Breakfast was ok, for continental. I would stay again.

The breakfast was really good! Unfortunately there was an awful smell during our stay, an insane amounts of bugs in our rooms, and people blasting music and screaming lyrics until midnight or later nightly. Our prior stay was much cleaner and more pleasant than this but this last stay was pretty rough.

The check in process took almost 30 minutes. The room stunk so bad that I requested a refund and checked out of the hotel. No other room was offered and no apology for the condition of the room. The room appeared clean, but the smell was terrible.

The staff was all very friendly. The breakfast was pretty nice for a continental. Rooms were clean but a little maintenance could greatly improve it. ex. Fresh caulking in the bathroom. The pool is quite small. Good place for just a stop and go visit.

Liked the breakfast in the morning and having a restaurant attached to hotel. Did not like the beds, they were hard and kind of lumpy mostly hard. My family could not sleep because of that and the lights on the ground shining on the building glares in the room.

This hotel refuses to rent rooms to citizens of the city it is located in. The information explaining this is buried at the very bottom of the page and well past the area you pick a room at, Hidden essentially. I was not aware of this hidden and absolutely asinine policy until after I rented the room. They refused to refund my money despite the fact I never even saw the room. So they took my money, refused to honor my purchase due to my geographic location, and then stole my money by not allowing me to cancel the reservation. I will be filing a report with States Attorney General and the BBB.
