Nice property. Lots of room, comfortable beds and living room furniture. We appreciated having the heated pool and hot tub just outside the front door.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed this property! It was clean, well stocked with toiletries and house hold items. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to gather in the great room. It was nice having a little private pool area for these units. Great location to other activities in the area. We'd stay here again.

Quiet Getaway

The home was very inviting and comfortably furnished. We loved the ceiling fans in each room! We were able to have our pup with us and take him on walks and a hike just up the road. The location was nice as it was quiet and also close to eateries. The weather was a bit cool for us to use the swimming pool, otherwise we have loved that opportunity. We had a delightful time in St. George!

Awesome Place!

This place was great! It was very clean and has everything you would need. They even had a diaper pail! There were pools and playgrounds within walking distance. If we come back we would stay here again.

Perfect vacation spot

We visited St George recently with our 6 kids and dog. We were so happy to find a place that allowed pets. The home was very clean, well equipped with all the essentials. The kids loved the pool and I loved how close it was to the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Could have been better.

I stayed at this same house a year ago, for lower cost. This time around, something was off. There is no resort access, despite the property description. The tv doesn't work in the other downstairs bedroom. The walls are marked for repair all over the house, but not actually repaired? The good things - it still has ample sleeping arrangements and three bathrooms. The house is in a good location. For what you pay to rent a house now, you expect more.

Great stay

The location is not easy to see at night and maps did not seem to be very accurate. Once there, the place was great and exactly as described. Easy access to freeway and all St. George has to offer!

Great family time

We loved our stay. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. The club house at Las Palmas was great. The only problem is that we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all of it… The condo was comfortable and spacious. It was great being able to cook our meals at the condo with all the necessary tools.

Easy access to many great activities and restaurants

While the condo needed some major cleaning when we arrived, staff were responsive in addressing my concerns. The access to multiple pools, pickleball basketball and shuffle board made getting out with the kids a breeze. There is also a great business adjacent to the resort that has a roller skating rink and a huge Ninja Warehouse facility that my kids loved. Easy access to multiple restaurants rounded out the many great things about this area..

Just what we needed

This home was comfortable and well decorated. It provided the perfect environment for our team to do its work together. The group spaces were ideal for brainstorming sessions, meals together, and fun. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone got some privacy. (Because we weren't on vacation, we didn't use the clubhouse or pool.)

Some concerns

I don’t remember being informed that this was a second story condo which can be important for people with mobility challenges. We were given the wrong wifi network name and password. After back and forth with trouble shooting, we finally found the correct info in the phampletin the condo. Dryer was dirty.

Awesome place

We would highly recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful townhouse, roomy bedrooms, comfy beds. The kitchen is very equipped for all of your needs and it’s very close to town.
