Cozy Adventure Casita

Come explore southern Utah and stay in the Cozy Adventure Casita with the large pool!

Newly finished casita with a fun pool and fenced backyard! Come enjoy your home away from home here in beautiful Southern Utah!
The casita is just the right size for two, but could accommodate for a couple with young kids or 1-2 more adults if needed. There is a futon in the living room that makes a comfortable bed with blankets. The casita has it's own private entrance.
The space
Our casita has a fully outfitted kitchen with everything you will need to cook your own meals, along with a Keurig and complimentary coffee.
There is a large shared pool with pool chairs and a fenced backyard.
We are the owners and you may hear us cooking or playing with our son, Grey. We do have a very friendly dog.
You’ll have a TV with access to Hulu, Peacock, ABC and Disney plus.
We know what is important in an Airbnb and that is why we have a premium Queen mattress that you will not want to leave! There is also a futon couch and another couch available in the living room. We also have all the bathroom necessities including shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, etc.
Hiking, biking, golfing, climbing, we do it all! Let us know if you need any local recommendations!

If you need storage for bikes or any
outdoors gear, send us a message, we have plenty of secure space in our garage. Please park in the right RV pad on the right side of the house.
During your stay
Me or my husband is usually home so please feel free to reach out if you need help during your stay. We always have our phones on us too!

Quick Stop

Our hostess graciously allowed us to stay just one night. She accommodated us by allowing us to keep our mountain bikes in her garage. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. It was easy to access media on the TV. The casita is located perfectly to access anything in St. George!

Stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days. Ally and her husband were so accommodating. The AC from the house wasn’t reaching the casita, but they supplied an additional AC unit so quick! So grateful. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved our stay here! It was the cleanest property I've stayed at! And at a very reasonable price! The communication was great, the amenities were exactly as described in the ad. We had our own parking spots and we were close to shopping, dining, and all kinds of activities! If we come back down again, hopefully we can stay here again. Also, this is TRULY a one bedroom. I can't tell you how many places in the St. George area advertise as a one bedroom when it's really a studio or casita, so we were very grateful for their transparency in their advertising!

Comfy casita

We stayed here while participating in the Huntsman games. The location was perfect for accessing the different venues. It was great being in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything we needed. Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay in St. George. (We didn’t use the pool, but it sure looked inviting.)
