I liked the price I received online but once I got to the hotel I had to wait to check in because the front desk had a charge of $135 or more for the room but since I paid it online they couldn't do anything about it. After driving 12 hours I wss not in the mood to wait because they had a problem with what I paid on line. Then there was an additional $33.02 which consisted of a pet charge and I'm not sure what the other $3.02 that was billed to my credit card. Once I finally got in the room it was an average room for overnight stay. There was trash around the property but it was a safe area with a supermarket across the street and a couple of carry out restaurants within walking distance. Someone needs to explain to Econo Lodge exactly the procedure of online pricing and what other charges they are billing without an explanation. The Continental breakfast was waffles, cereal, bagels and fruit.

Excellent breakfast. Quiet night. Helpful, efficient staff. AC works fine. Bathtub had someone else's soap and hair in it. Shower stall in need of replacement. Laminated floor needs a good scrubbing. It felt greasy.

Bathroom was disgusting. Doors were not very secure gaps to outside, safety lock was barley hanging on. Bed was comfortable. We basically just slept and left. Oh no pool as advertised. Shut down covered over and its middle of summer. Skip down a few exits. Better options
