A 49" TV is provided in the master, and adjacent to the master bathroom is a laundry room with a heavy-duty washer and dryer. Another half bath is conveniently located on the main floor, across from the double-car garage.

Upstairs, the loft is open and roomy, featuring another sectional with a sofa bed, a big flat-screen TV, and another Blu-ray player.
