Great summer beach vacation house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous vacation stay at Southern Star. The house is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. There are beach towels and four beach chairs and three boogie boards for the kids. We had our entire family there, which consisted of 8 adults and three children. We traveled from Atlanta, Tallahassee, and Richmond Hill, Ga. We've been going to St. George Island as a family for over 20 years. We've stayed in the Plantations and the center of the island, but this is the first time we've stayed at the East End. We totally enjoyed it and would recommend Southern Star and the Sunset Beach houses to others.

A wet and windy reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I choose this property for a reunion for 4 guys (and their wives) who had not all gotten together in over 50 years. It is a good thing that the house was very well suited for us because for the entire 4 days we experienced a lot of wind and rain, keeping us inside most of the time. Because all of the guys are over 75, we made good use of the elevator.
