This is a 3 storey property located in the picturesque tourist area Gorey Pier. Open plan kitchen, diner, living room on ground floor with full washing facilities. En suite double bedroom on ground floor, middle floor has sea facing master bedroom with super king size bed and access to balcony which overlooks Grouville Bay. Third double bedroom also overlooks the bay, fourth bedroom has double and single bunk style bed above, suitable for 3 people, same floor has a large bathroom for all to use. Top floor showcases a second living room with two sofas one being a sofa bed, en suite bathroom and access to the top floor balcony with overlooks the bay. Fifth bedroom is placed on the top floor sleeps one and has views up to the historical Gorey Castle.

Other things to note
This property is sea facing with wonderful uninterrupted sea views over Grouville Bay. If you leave the front door, turn left and walk to the end of the row of houses you will come to the breakwater wall. If you look left there are some granite steps leading to Gorey castle. If you walk half way up you come to this private area wonderful for swimming on your right. Careful on the steps and check conditions before swimming!
