「The room and view was spectacular, the food was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no pool available which was really disappointing. We were told by concierge that we’d receive a 15% refund by Expedia but we’ve heard nothing yet. 」

「Room needs some work bed was shaking the closet and bathroom door couldn't close properly. There was no space for fiolded clothes just some hangers. And to note also if AC needs to be turned off when not in room it should be mention on the website. Bed also was poorley constructed..」
