Thanks to its central yet quiet location, you’ll be in a great spot to explore Sankt Peter, its unique beach, and the promenades. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a children’s playground, the town centre with shopping, a bakery, restaurants, cafés, and the beautiful South Beach. <br><br>Amenities<br>The tastefully furnished holiday apartment offers 52 square metres of space for up to four people (+ a toddler). You’ll find a cosy living area with a comfortable, high-quality sofa bed (180 x 200) and a large flat-screen TV.<br>The open, very well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The bright dining area seats up to four people. <br><br>The bedroom features a high-quality double bed (180×200), a TV, and ample closet space. A cot with a canopy is available for your toddler if needed. From here, as well as from the living room, you have access to the sunny balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture and a beach chair. Additionally, a spacious terrace with a gas grill is available on the ground floor.<br>The modern bathroom with a window features a walk-in shower. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the hallway on the 2nd floor (…door next to the stairs and the “Moand” doorbell). <br>This room is not locked!<br><br>Special Features<br>The holiday rental is a smoke-free property. We are happy to provide Wi-Fi (fibre optic) free of charge. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. All windows can be darkened with blackout curtains; the south-facing Velux windows have roller shutters. You can conveniently park your car on the property behind the house. If you have an electric car, you can charge it here. A changing pad is available for our youngest guests. Your bikes and bike racks can be stored in a lockable, fenced-in area on the property.<br><br>An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.<br>Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.<br><br><br>Facility:<br><br> Our Getidenhus apartment building features four beautiful holiday apartments with various amenities.
