Mostly Positive, but some negatives
This property is perfectly located with beach access a short walk away, restaurants, ice-cream and pharmacy close by. The golf cart was awesome. We fished off the dock daily. The heated pool was great. Some of the patio furniture needs replacing. The 4-seater patio table/ chairs was unusable due to rusted/broken legs/castors, and blue cushions don't fit the chairs, sitting at this table was not an option, we moved it to avoid any safety issues. The 6-seater table was good. The patio furniture is small and cushions are thin, but OK. No cushions for the loungers. The foosball room was not cleaned, and it had lots of pool toys, corn hole set, and fishing gear, we cleaned it/swept it to gain access. We threw out the ripped or torn floaties. The smoker was not there, but there is an outside cooler where we stored our drinks. There is a Pac-Man game in the house! We asked about a Pack & Play and were told that the house didn't have one, so we rented one - only to find out that the house did have one. Disappointing as we rented one for our stay when we didn't need to. Inside of the house is spacious with comfortable couches and a big table for dinners. Bathrooms are small, and one doesn't have any electrical outlet or counter space. Lots of beach chairs, umbrella's but room was a mess - we cleaned/swept it to see what was there. Freezer is hard to open all the way due to placement. Would have given "5" except for some negatives. Overall good stay.
