Stay 7 days or longer and save 10% as this Summer Sale is on Now !! All is great @ Vistas On The Gulf . We were new in 2003 and we have been open since November. So look past what read and see and come visit the quiet area of St Pete Beach . We are south and away from the Hotels !! It’s an excellent location . Please take a look at our newly updated (Dec. 2023) . 2nd floor vacation rental at Vistas On The Gulf . New floor , new blinds and shutters & updated white cabinets for our kitchen & breakfast bar completed in December of 2023 .. We are located directly on the white sands of St. Pete Beach . (See updated photos for great overall description of what you can expect and enjoy. Our living room features a brand new (2025 ) comfortable couch which pulls out to sleeps two. We also have a brand new (2025) love seat for the living room . So comfortable!! There is a brand new (, December 2024 )50 inch Sony Smart TV in our living room. The kitchen area has been fully updated with new appliances for your convenience. I have added a breakfast bar with a granite top for more space to enjoy a quick snack . There is also additional drawers for storage . There is a glass top dining room table with new high back chairs (2018) that seats up to four . The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and mattress . The master bathroom has been totally updated to now include a fully tiled walk-in shower and new bathroom sink and vanity . The 2nd smaller bedroom has a queen size bed and mattress and a flat screen TV. There are plenty of areas to view television when you are not enjoying the Beach , the pool and the warm Florida sunshine. Our place at the Beach comes with the following amenities : 2 bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and the smaller 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room .You can sleep up to 5 people. Two full bathrooms with showers with one bathroom directly off the master bedroom. A washer/dryer so need to bring lot's of clothes. This is so convenient !! < There is spacious balcony that you can access from the either the living room area or the master bedroom. Here you can view the pool, hot tub, and the clean white sand of St. Pete Beach. Our Condo is located on Gulf Blvd and we are about a eight minute walk north from the famous Don Cesar Hotel & Resort. There are plenty of Beach Bars to walk to , casual restaurants and shopping areas. Our Property Mgrs. in the Rental Office will be happy to help with restaurant suggestions as there are some great ones nearby. Disney World in Orlando is a safe two hour drive from us while Busch Gardens in Tampa is forty five minutes away. We are thirty minutes drive time from the Tampa International Airport. < Our place here on St. Pete is easy the get too from almost anywhere yet hard to leave. So come on down and enjoy a great vacation on the Beach as others have . You will hate to leave as I always do !! Life is short so you got to get to The Beach !! Keywords: Condominium-Hotel

5 stars from start to finish

Words can’t express how amazing our stay was from start to finish. Truly 5 stars and beyond. Patrick was in touch very shortly after booking. He was so friendly and insightful regarding the property and amenities. He worked with us to help facilitate an early check-in due to a before dawn flight which was such a blessing. Yes, we were fine with a 4pm check-in so the ability to come in from the airport was beyond appreciated as we realize they are hard to come by due to cleaning schedules, etc. Check-in was so smooth. The unit itself was even better than described. Brand new appliances were installed the week prior and are gorgeous stainless steel. The unit is very clean, wonderfully appointed, comfortable beds and just beautiful overall. The balcony and views were stellar. As a family of 5 - 3 teen and tween daughters, we found the unit incredibly spacious and appreciated 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor location was easy to access by elevator or stairs. Always just a few steps to our car, the beautiful pool/ hot tub/ beach. Parking was a breeze. Staff in the rental office and maintenance staff were wonderful and provided some awesome recommendations for food and fun (Corey Ave Market was great!). We would absolutely book again. Oh and let me tell you about the sunsets- just wow! I don’t think there could be a better location. Tampa may be the lightning capital of the world but St. Pete Beach owns it for the best sunsets. Don’t even question booking, just do it.

Last minute visit

Patrick was very attentive and reached out to us, even without us reaching out to him, giving us not only the information about the property but about the area in general. We were in town for a visit with my elderly uncle and aunt and it was a last-minute after thought to stay by the beach. It was a great surprise to find this little jewel. It was comfortable clean right on the beach very well equipped we felt so comfortable that we decided to stay an additional day and not tell anyone and spent the day by the water Emily the manager on site, attended to a small issue we had with a TV immediately. You can walk to the pharmacy which has a lot of convenience items, and the Starbucks is also within walking distance. You’re right next to the Don Cesar casita and a few steps from the landmark

The condo location and proximity to the beach was perfect for our stay! The condo is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals and is stocked with paper towels, linens, and basic toiletries. We loved staying here and will be back!

A Great Property

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had ever! The owner Patrick is fantastic and gives you a welcome call and all necessary check in instructions. We had an issue with the sofa sleeper during our stay and he couldn’t have been more proactive to the point of putting in new furniture! So easy to access everything from this 2nd floor unit- stairs and elevator both handy. Parking was never an issue. Steps to the pool and steps to the beach. The on site staff are also wonderful - Emily and Mark. Gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The beach is great and not crowded at all and this was spring break week. Would definitely repeat!

Family gathering

Had a great experience here. The owner reached out to make sure we were set to arrive and responded immediately when I had a question. There is also an office on site to help if needed. The location is perfect for SPB stay. The unit was immaculate and had plenty of towels, hangers, linens, etc. And VERY easy to leave-no long list of to-do's before checking out. We plan on visiting again next year. I highly recommend.

Great summer vacation

Stayed for 5 nights. Very clean and updated unit. Love all the remote check in processes. Pool is not very big but it was perfect for young kids and adults who just want to chill. You access the beach from the pool. It’s fantastic. Fished from the beach and went to bush gardens. There are so many restaurants. The location is not touristy but not dead either. There is a Publix and a starbucks too. Would stay forever if I could.

Great beach location

If you are looking for a less busy area, the Vistas is the place to be. The condo fit our needs as we try to do some cooking ourselves instead of eating out. Easy walk to the beach or to get in your car/take the Freebie to another area.

Awesome place to stay and a beautiful beach just steps away

We had a great stay in this condo. The proximity of the beach was amazing! The condo was clean and ready earlier than expected. The office gals were so nice to keep our luggage since we arrived early. We walked everywhere and used the FreeBee service to bring home groceries. Our family has been up and down the gulf coast and decided we really liked this area and will be sure to come back. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and all the recommendations prior to our visit.

Grand Vista stay

Wonderful property. Things to remember is no spices or anything like that. Also the 2nd bedroom is small woth no closet. It worked great for us and we will definitely stay again!
