Sunshine Funtime

The place was very comfortable, clean and well set up. Very accessible to the beach and restaurants. It was great to park our vehicle and just walk everywhere. Already can't wait to go back.

We will be back!

This was the PERFECT location and home for us and our friends. Slept all comfortably, loved the private pool, mornings and evenings on the balcony, and prime location for walking everywhere! Dolphins out front were a bonus too!

Great spot

Our family enjoyed our stay at this great townhome overlooking the water. Easy drive from PIE airport and a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. We liked watching the sunrise and sunsets from the rooftop terrace.

Clearwater Vacation

We absolutely love Clearwater and this year was no exception. The views were beautiful, often seeing dolphins throughout the day. Our children had the best time in the pool and we enjoyed the very short walks to the beach. The house was clean and well maintained. We had the best time and would absolutely book again!

Property was just OK, Fatel flaw with the pool, ZERO AFTERNOON SUN. Making the pool unuseable. My advice would be to rent the odd number properties on Brightwater.

Winter Trip

The unit was very clean and home like feeling. Quiet neighborhood. We walked everywhere-you're even within a mile of about every restaurant down there. We went in February and the heated pool could have been a warmer since the pool doesn't see much sunlight. The only complaint I have are the beds are firm-definitely need new softer beds. Even with the beds I would still rent again (I'm very picky on the beds) The beds are what kept me from giving a 5-star rating. We still very much enjoyed our stay!!
