Our ground-level one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has been fully remodeled from top to bottom following the recent hurricanes, and we’re thrilled to welcome guests back again. Every detail has been refreshed to offer a bright, modern, and relaxing space designed for comfort and convenience.
Nestled along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, the property provides a peaceful setting surrounded by stunning waterfront homes, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or catch the sunset at Pier 60, this is your perfect spot to experience everything Clearwater Beach has to offer.

This fully remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps four guests. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, with a full bathroom—including a tub/shower combination—conveniently located in the hallway. You will also find a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home — cookware, utensils, glasses, and appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
Enjoy entertainment with Smart TVs and cable in both the living room and the bedroom, plus free Wi-Fi throughout the condo and even outside by the patio and dock area.
Located on the ground floor, facing the street, this condo offers the perfect vantage point to enjoy breathtaking sunsets, and you may even spot dolphins or manatees swimming by. The condo comes with ONE free parking space - parking is limited and we can only guarantee one space per booking. The condo offers shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as charcoal grills and lounge chairs along the Intracoastal Waterway for guests to enjoy.
Within 1–2 miles, you’ll find an array of top-rated restaurants, cafes, and local shops. If you are looking for great food, there are dozens of amazing places to choose from. Some of our favorites include Cesare at The Beach, Columbia Restaurant Sand Key, Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Grill, The Bait House, Clear Sky Beachside Cafe, Bavaro's Pizza Napoletana and Pastaria, The Boxer, Parlor Doughnuts, Latitude 28, The Deep End, Caretta on The Gulf, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, Sea-Guini, Mandalay Prime, Brown Boxer North, Ocean Hai, Kaia Bowls, and Clear Sky Café. Grocery stores, attractions, and Clearwater’s vibrant beach scene are all nearby.
If you are feeling ‘beach mellow’, explore the area with ease. Leave your car parked and hop on the Jolley Trolley or the Suncoast Trolley. We are fewer than 10 minutes from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium, one-time home of dolphins Winter and Hope from the film Dolphin Tale 1 & 2. Or head south to Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, and St. Pete Beach. Farther afield, the condo is less than an hour from Busch Gardens, ZooTampa at Lowry Park rated among “top 25 Zoos in U.S.” by Trip Advisor , Tampa International Airport-TPA, International Mall, and 20 minutes from the St. Pete/ Clearwater airport-PIE.

*** 📄 RENTAL AGREEMENT & AGE POLICY: Upon completing your booking, a valid ID and a signed electronic rental agreement are required. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent. 🧾✨. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate your reservation if verification is not received. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
*** 🚭 SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on the balconies, and anywhere on the property grounds. This policy is in place to maintain a clean, healthy environment and to ensure all guests can enjoy their stay without exposure to smoke or odors.
*** 💳 SERVICE FEES: When booking through VRBO, a service fee is charged directly by VRBO to the traveler at checkout. This fee is paid directly to VRBO, not to the host, and will appear as a separate line item on your bank statement. We do not control or collect this fee.
*** 🛠️ DAMAGE INSURANCE: Your reservation includes a one-time damage protection fee (plus tax, if applicable). This coverage protects you for up to $1,500 in accidental damage to the property — including furniture, fixtures, and appliances — provided the damage is reported to the host prior to checkout.
*** 🧺 LAUNDRY FACILITIES: A washer and dryer are available for guest use in the shared common area on the first floor of the building. Laundry use is free of charge, and detergent is NOT provided.
*** 🚗 PARKING RULES: Parking at this property is VERY limited, and street parking is NOT permitted. Each booking includes one guaranteed parking space.
If space allows, we will do our best to accommodate requests for additional vehicles; however, this cannot be guaranteed and must be approved by management in advance. Availability may change daily depending on occupancy.
