Great location

Great location to experience the town. Marketplace on the weekends and music during day. Easy walking for all kinds of food. Apt was clean and and nicely furnished for all of our needs. I would stay here again. Porch rocking chairs were the best.

Wonderful Property

What a pleasant first visit to Dunedin. This property was in a perfect location where we could walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries, as well as the Blue Jays stadium. It was also a nicely decorated and comfortable property. I would highly recommend it for a weekend or longer stay.

Downtown Dunedin Gem

The Yellow House is right in the middle of Downtown Dunedin within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. For the biking enthusiast, it is located one block from the 50 mile long Pinellis Trail. The rental was very tastefully decorated with a travel theme and was stocked with every amenity you could imagine. One of our favorite things about the house is the long front porch which overlooks Pioneer Park directly across the street. Don't miss the Dunedin Downtown Market held every Friday and Saturday in the park. The owners, Jennifer and Kevin, were super friendly and responsive to your every need. If you're wanting to stay in Downtown Dunedin in a first-class vacation rental, this is the place.

Great Place and Location

The property was very clean and everything was as described. We even ran into the cleaning woman outside one day and she was super friendly. We loved that it was located within walking distance to the bike/walking trail, restaurants, shops, the marina and much more. We would definitely recommend and are planning to come back!

Excellent location in downtown Dunedin

Highly recommended. Very clean. No bugs which in Florida is excellent. Easy check in. The little extras like front porch chairs with a back cushion show care from the owners.
