Great location for family fun!

Property was as described with great views of the gulf and the channel. Quiet for families with a heated pool and hot tub. All while steps from the beach and Publix.

Great service during booking, stay & departure!

Nice condo

The condo was well equipped and very clean. The pool was very nice and the perfect temperature. The lobby was pleasant and the luggage carts and elevator were a great help in getting supplies and luggage upstairs. Nice view of both the gulf and bay.

Beautiful Location

A group of 6 of us stayed for a bachelorette. We had the best time. This place is close to Publix and restaurant and bars. Highly recommend

Great location

We love this area. The beaches are great and family friendly. Right next to the grocery store, restaurants, beach, and shopping. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Definitely would book again

Easy access to the beach

Great condo to relax with family and friends! Many beach toys available for guest use. Publix is next door which makes it super easy to enjoy a healthy breakfast and get picnic goodies before heading to the beach. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable with good a/c.

Was absolutely amazing. Exceeded expectations. We have stayed in other units there and they were great. But for the time we came being just over a month or so from Hurricanes. I was worried about making the trip ( we have been coming down in November for serval years) after asking questions they honesty of the answers and was offered a full refund. I was glad we came. Thank can’t wait to be back!

Prefect winter getaway!

Absolutely loved this condo, my husband and I and my sister and her husband came down from Michigan for a long weekend and the 2 master suites and 2 Balconies were such a bonus, and the Publix is right next door which is so convenient, the beach is right across the street and restaurants and night life is within walking distance. We utilize the pool also, the water was warm and clean! Will definitely be back next year!

Holidays at Treasure Islands

The location was nice. Near at the Publix and the beach. This condo was spacious for six persons. Why 4* ? When we arrive, there was not a lot convenience (ex. toilets papers, tissus, towels and dish soap). We think the convenience was not enough for two weeks.

Convenient Location

The condo is close to everything, Publix, Walgreens, restaurants & the beach across the street. Plenty of room in the condo and a nice size kitchen. The beds in the 2nd bedroom made lots of noise when you rolled over or moved in the beds. They could use an update. Overall a good place to stay.

Excellent property

We have stayed at this property multiple times. It’s always clean and a great location. First time in this unit and it was clean had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to have a few starter items like PT, TP, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Most if all morning coffee, cream and sweetener. We will definitely stay in this unit in the future. itrip was excellent to work with. Will definitely book our future trips with them.

Great location , but very basic amenities

Very short walk across street to beautiful beach, which my teens loved. Condo beds and LR furniture very comfortable. Right next door to Publix, which made for quick shopping. Kitchen appliances are decent, but the silverware, cookware, dishes are so cheap, worn out, stained and burned, that you should forget trying to cook or make anything. They need to replace cleaning company. Floors were sticky and toenails on coffeetable and debris under couches. Asked prop mgr to bring cleaners back in to clean better, but they were unable to come. There is still work being done on the building. We couldnt even open the curtains due to construction workers crawling around on the other side of the sliding doors. No natural light all day because of this. The main balcony was of course closed, and all furniture was piled up on the smaller balcony off the master bedroom. The other renters were a mix of families and partyers, and puke was in hallways and in garage which we had to dodge everytime we left and returned. Linens were minimal- bathtowels and beachtowels, and shared beach chairs with building tenants, which were in bad shape. They need to upgrade kitchen amenties, add more beach and bath towels, buy some beach chairs and an umbrella, and tell the truth about building construction. Proximity to the beach was the best part.

Great location and plenty of room for family of 5

We had a nice stay at 106 Palms of Treasure Island. The location was terrific. It was plenty of space for two adults and three kids. Publix was right next door and the beach was right across the street. It was also walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The unit provided beach chairs, a beach bag, beach/pool towels, and some beach/pool toys which was nice. They happened to be renovating the lobby area while we were there and it was a nice upgrade. The pool area was also very nice. A few negatives were that the floors in the unit were pretty dirty upon arrival. My kids walked around barefoot and the bottoms of their feet were filthy. The kitchen felt a little sparse - there were dishes and pots and pans, but only two trash bags and two dishwasher packets (there was regular dish soap). The inside of the coffee maker smelled bad so we never used it. The washer and dryer were pretty run down (very noisy and the clothes came out really linty). The shower curtain in the primary bath had pinkish film on the bottom edge, which made me think it needed to be replaced. Bath towels were pretty small and basic. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would still recommend it to others. Just a few things mentioned here that would have made it a little better.

Enjoyed the Palms

We had a great stay. The building was quiet. The pool was warm but the hot tub wasn’t working. We would stay here again. It was a quick walk to the beach and groceries

It's a nice condo

The only thing I would say is the reviews are accurate. It is priced appropriately, great location. The staff communicated well. My only concern was the lack of supplies. One towel per guest, one towel/washcloth in the kitchen, no laundry tabs, one trash bag, very limited kitchen supplies. The place could use some TLC as it seemed it's more equiped to meet your basic needs vs. wowing you with the extras.
