Fantastic IRB stay!

We loved our stay at IRB. The pool was our favorite thing at night time. The house was well laid out and everyone had their space. Plenty of TVs and hang out areas. Thank you for your great communication and we would totally recommend this house for family and friends.

End of School blast

3 families with 8 kids total made this location home for 4 days and had the best time of our lives. The location is perfect and the amenities provided made the ocean experience stress and hassle free. We loved the bikes and golf cart. All the beds were so comfortable. This place truly exceeded our expectations!

Clean and well supplied house. Can't beat this location--right on the beautiful white sand beach with great sunset views. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Property manager was responsive and helpful throughout our planning.

Dream Home

Staying at this home was like winning a grand prize vacation!!! So spacious and yet comfortable! All the amenities provided were much appreciated and truly useful. Would Definitely recommend. If I were to wish for one more detail it would be the availability of a portable shade/canopy for the beach, but we were there for the sun so no big deal!

Sunshine stay

We had such a great stay at this house. I stayed with my husband, 3 sisters their spouses, my niece and mother. It had everything we needed and more. The pool was awesome. Tables were big enough to seat my family for breakfast/ lunch /dinner. Plenty of extra towels for pool and beach. Everything was good quality and worked properly. I have no complaints about this house. Would love to stay there again.

Family - Grandma's Birthday

Home was extremely beautiful and furnished. Plenty of dishes, pots and every appliance needed. Spent 6 nights with family celebrating Grandma's Birthday. Something for everyone to do. Very large living room and kitchen. House has a golf cart, pool toys, beach toys, beautiful pool hot tub any plenty more. Used the wagon provided to get to the play ground and beach. They were both a very short walk. Would stay again.

Awesome vacation rental!

This home is amazing! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt at home. 7 adults and 3 kids, 3 generations of family. The outdoor living space and pool were awesome! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. Be sure to check out the “Harry Potter” cupboard under the deck stairs for lots of pool/water toys. We unfortunately didn’t find it until the end of our stay, so we added more toys and a portable beach umbrella! The golf cart made it very easy to travel to the beach. Lots of beaches are close by, even driving. We loved our trip, and would highly recommend this vacation rental home.

Great House and Great Location

We had a great week in IRB. 8 of us had plenty of room. The home was very clean. Only a couple of minor items: 1) the golf cart needs steering/suspension maintenance as you have to turn the wheel left to go straight. We had a rental car so didn't rely on it much other than the short 3 minute ride to the beach in the mornings. Could be a safety issue in the future. 2) Be prepared for the mosquitos. They're very bad in the evening when we were wanting to hang out by the pool. We bought candles and spray and it helped.
