Excellent stay

We have been at this location several times and this condo did not disappoint. We had basically everything we needed. It was clean, loved the deck and the outdoor furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked well. The location is amazing, so close to beach and restaurants. We were able to stay an extra day and we did appreciate that.One suggestion would be to have more bath towels for each bathroom, as there were only three.We do have plans to stay here again!!

Mini vacation with the Grands!

We enjoyed our stay so much. This was our second trip to Harbourside at Marker 33/ Splash Harbour and we will definitely be back again. Our room was everything expected.

Great vacation spot for families!

This location is wonderful for a family vacation. The water park is great, and the location is walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Our only complaint is that one of the rooms was very musty, but I've let the management company know, and they are looking into it.

Communication with property manager was excellent. The kids really enjoyed the water park and I enjoyed the sunset at the beach that is a walking distance from the property. Property was super clean.

Easy acess to Beach. Right in the middle of town so we were walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Private water park for kids. Beautifully decorated.

My wife and 3 kids had an absolute great time. The beach is within walking distance of just about 5 minutes. Great water park that the kids loved. We have 2 10 year olds and a 2 year old. A wide variety of restaurants. Highly recommend this property

Nice little beach condo

I liked the property overall. It would have been nice if my wife and I didn't have to pay extra for us to enter the pool area, as we were only there to watch our children. I did like the view of the water we had and overall it was enough space for us to not feel crammed.

Perfect spot

The listing is exactly how it was listed! Great location with many activities within quick walk or drive. Fully stocked beach closet is great for kids. The elevator is a little slow getting to and fro. If you have more than 1 car - it can be a little hard to get parking for the 2nd car. Overall wonderful location, and would recommend.

Fabulous condo

This is our second time staying in this condo. Very clean, great location. Our only concerns were tthat the fitted sheets in the master bedroom were old and pilled, and the many small throw rugs. The rugs slid and folded, which caused us to trip. Other than that, it was a great two week stay.

Family Vacation

This was a great vacation. Overall the property is wonderful. Great location for dinning out. There is a ton of different food choices within a walking distance. Beach is about a block away and it’s a bit of a walk. On the other hand water park is right outside your door. Property is clean and has all the basics. Remember it’s not hotel so no fresh towels or complimentary toothbrushes. Beds were a bit hard for my family but that is a preference not an issue. We enjoyed the ability to make our own food and spend time on the gorgeous outdoor patio. Thank you for great vacation.
