This vacation home boasts both elegance and roominess, set on a waterfront in a peaceful community that's only a short 5-minute drive from the beach. Perfect for families and couples seeking a stress-free Florida escape, this idyllic haven offers a convenient location for exploring the area or simply unwinding in a peaceful setting.

THE SPACE
Experience a little slice of paradise in this 1,700 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat that is perfect for a serene Florida getaway.

Enjoy modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, along with classic comforts such as plush beds and a well-equipped kitchen. As soon as you step inside, you'll feel right at home amidst the elegant yet unassuming décor and tranquil ambiance.

This home is all about peace and quiet, but that doesn't mean there isn't plenty of fun to be had nearby! Located just minutes away from the vibrant attractions of Madeira Beach, Downtown St. Pete, Dunedin, and more, you'll have endless opportunities to explore.

When you're not out and about, take time to unwind both indoors and out. Lounge by the lake under a shady umbrella, fish from the dock, or let your furry friends roam free in the fully-gated backyard. Play a board game, watch a movie with some popcorn, or challenge your friends to a chess tournament.

Wind down at the end of the day with a sunset dinner on the dock, where dining for six overlooks the picturesque lake. Enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine while deciding who will take on the role of chef for the evening.

- Our home is in a family-oriented neighborhood. No more than 8 guests are allowed.

- You can expect a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner. Starter supplies are not unlimited supplies.

PETS:
-Pets under 30 pounds are welcome with prior approval only. Your pet should be included in your guest count when reserving this home.
-It is the pet owners' responsibility to be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard.

Family Affair

We loved being on the water watching the turtles, birds, and fish. The fur babies loved the fenced in yard. One of the best houses we have stayed in. We definitely will stay here again. Thank you. Terri
