Beautiful home with management issues
The home was comfortable and the backyard pool was nice. Unfortunately the management of this property was a disaster. We still have not heard back to resolve what we went through. We got checkin info the day of, so late that Vrbo offered us a refund and help finding somewhere else to stay. When we arrived we only received a code so could not enter but the gate to the backyard was left open with a hose on flooding the pool and entire backyard. management didn’t care. pool mechanics gate was open too. Upon entering the home we found dirty plates, silverware and garbage in the kitchen. We paid extra for the golf cart but did not receive info, I had to call support. The golf cart had no instructions and we could not safely or properly know if it was charged and management did not know either. The code to the golf cart key was never provided until we asked. The pool was dirty and has sand in it and wrappers, and no info provided on when it will be cleaned and what type of water it was until we asked. There’s two fire pits but no info provided or propane so we could not use. The kitchen had needed items but some items were mismatched, dirty. House is still being worked on, painters tape on walls, lots of tools and other items in house, garage and drawers. Soda tabs left throughout property, so odd. Main Bedroom sheets were old and rough and bumpy but bed comfortable. Management said they have a lot of rentals and could not properly answer our questions. Feel bad for owner.
