We are proud to represent this beautiful beachfront condo located on the ground floor, 1 level condo, that is ideal for a small family wishing to be right on the beach for their vacation getaway.

This beachfront condo in Belleair Beach is spacious and offers an open floor plan. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it sleeps a total of 4 guests.

The Primary bedroom features a comfortable King bed with large closets and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds. There is a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy the comforts of home in this place!

The dining area comfortably accommodates 6 guests. We have a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and everything you would need for your family breakfast or dinner. All while taking in the beautiful views and scenery of the Gulf of Mexico.

Experience your best vacation at our beautiful condo that is spacious with over 1300 sq ft. to relax throughout the day or night.

The community features a beachfront shared pool, BBQ grill area to use anytime. The beautiful landscaped community offers tropical plants and foliage to enjoy during a morning walk. This is all very private and is a quiet residential area.

This is a perfect location in a nice, quiet and secluded area - while still being close to all of the best attractions and restaurants that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach has to offer.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
