It was what we neeed for a weekend away

The property was fitting for staying the weekend. Beach access was right down the street, withing walking distance, and the property contacts were available to fulfill our request.

Mom’s trip

Stayed in unit 15 and the condo was very clean and mostly updated. Did not have any issues while we were there and check in and check out was super easy. Pool area was very nice and also clean and we had a small view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend this property and stay there again myself with a small group. Also want to mention location is great because a lot of things to do and places to see are only 15-20 minutes or less any direction you go.

Spring break with my daughters

VERY minimal. 1 role of toilet paper, no dish soap and 2 super small bar soaps. I asked for an extra role of toilet paper and was told "no" so I had to get a package. There were absolutely no amenities at all and it felt like a very low class place in a shabby area.

Perfect beach getaway

This cute old Florida style place was just what we needed for a short beach trip. Beach access across the street and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and quiet. The unit was small but perfect for us three ladies.

Great experience and wonderful people!

Me and my friends had a wonderful experience at this location. They gave under 21 students on spring break a chance and we were more than grateful for that. We had a problem with he shower draining when we got there, but when I called, they came and helped us right away and were super nice and helpful. The other tenets that were there were super nice and welcoming of me and my friends for our spring break. The seemed happy to have us there and that made our stay even better.

Worth the $

This was a cute comfortable place for my daughter and I. Was a great location, close to everything and across the street from the beach. The gas station made it easy to get coffee in the am after my walk and was not a problem as some people mentioned. My only suggestion is to get a Keurig but that is just my personal preference. Also, change out the mattress in the pull-out - there was a stain on it so we closed it back up.

Great condo & location

Excellent condo! Everything you need is provided for a great beach vacation! (There were even beach chairs and sand toys in the closet to use.) Resort is located just across from the beach, so you can easily walk over anytime! Shopping & fun activities are only a few minutes away! Loved the small resort feel & enjoyed talking to other guests & the property manager. Everyone was so friendly & helpful:) Definitely would recommend for families!!!

The location of the property is great. It's right across from the public beach and near restaurants. The room was clean and nice.

Nice place, not so nice location, poor WiFi

The apartment is clean, roomy, attractively decorated, well furnished and well equipped. There is even a glimpse of ocean visible from the access-way, which is wide enough for chairs to sit out on. However, the apartment itself has no view except of the gas station next door. My friend who stayed with me in the apartment for a few days found the sofa bed fairly comfortable and the supply of linen more than adequate. The on-premises manager Bill was very helpful. The condo is badly let down by the WiFi which had numerous short outages, occasional longer outages, and frequent periods with very low speeds. It is far below the standard expected these days in the US hospitality industry. I would not consider returning unless it had been improved. Two other minor issues I should mention. Both the TVs work but the “guide” button on the remote doesn’t bring up the electronic program guide, so it is not possible to see what is on. One notice in the apartment states that the guide is available on channel 99 but this is not correct. Secondly, there is a land line on which it is supposed to be possible to make local calls. I was not able to make local calls. Most days I received incoming calls. When answered, there was nobody on the line, just an intermittent buzzing sound. If I ended the call, the phone started ringing again. I had to mute the ringer.

Convenient location

Convenient location to the beach and our favorite places to eat and visit. The condo has everything needed to stay comfortably with a small family. Clean overall. Room 15 is pleasantly decorated. The pool is beautiful but when I took my son and grandson down to swim, one of the permanent residents (?) made sure I knew that she didn’t like guests or kids, even though my two were not misbehaving or bothering her. She snapped at my 2 year old grandson when he tried to speak to her! He’s 2 - he talks to everybody! We didn’t use the pool again which was one of the main reasons we chose Tropic Breeze. The only other thing I would say is that while the rooms are non-smoking, everywhere else is fair game. So we couldn’t sit on the balcony because of this and coming and going to the room we had to walk through people’s smoke. Even the pool area was had ashtrays and people smoking. Other than the one lady, everyone else was super nice.

Very Nice Family Getaway

This property was excellent. So clean. Well taken care of. Made us feel very welcome. Nice assortment of beach stuff to use. Best of all was the beautiful pool. Our 3 kids loved it. Nice size so they could really have fun. And the suite was absolutely sound proof. Inside we could hear nothing so it was a very restful stay. I personally found the beds a little too soft, and hard to fit two adults given the small room with two beds, but we managed. Thank you.

Perfect location, perfect vacation

My family and I stayed in room 15 and we loved it. We overlooked the pool, could see the ocean in the distance. It was quiet and the other guests were so nice. We will FOR SURE stay there when we come back. The room was great. Just what we needed.!!

Unit 15

We found our unit clean and comfortable. This is the second time I stayed in Tropic Breeze. We didn't get in until late and the keys were easy to find. There was only one issue that we had. The lady that owns number 16 was there and she doesn't like kids. She complained countless times about the noise even though after 10 the kids were quiet. She even called our one grand daughter names. If kids are going to be an issue than it needs to be adults only. We were there on vacation, and the kids were having a good time.
