Welcome to your perfect getaway! Nestled in a quiet 55+ community just 15 minutes from the beautiful shores of Indian Rocks Beach, our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The spacious bedroom features a comfortable bed with soft linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The living area is cozy and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or take advantage of the community BBQ grill for a delightful outdoor dining experience.

Our community offers a range of amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. Take a dip in the refreshing pool, gather around the fire pits for a cozy evening, or challenge your friends to a game on the pickleball courts. You can also enjoy a friendly match of billiards or shuffleboard, all within a short walk from the house.

Very nice property

Very nice property. Has everything you need. Great communication with property manager. My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect for us. The community was quit and a lot of nice people. We will use again.
