Reef Club #209 Gulf Front

The Reef Club #209 is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo that accommodates 8 guests. With direct views of the pool and tennis courts along with the beach, this is the perfect vacation location! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, everything about Reef Club #209 is convenient. Once you've had your fun in the sun you can relax in the comfortably furnished condo. Decorated with a Florida flare and all the indoor amenities you need to stay in, make a meal, watch a movie, and take your beverage out onto the balcony to catch the beautiful sunsets and relax. Take pictures & make memories! We hope you make this your yearly vacation destination.

**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025

Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**

Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig & coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, blender, and teapot. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: Table with 8 chairs and 2 counter stools.

Living Room: Leather sofa and loveseat, chair w/ ottoman, coffee table, 2 end tables, TV, corner electric fireplace, ceiling fan, and sliding door to a private balcony. The balcony has a loveseat, coffee table, and 2 chairs.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, desk w/ chair, 2 nightstands, sitting chair with table, TV, ceiling fan, luggage racks, a door leading to balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity, step-in shower, bidet, and hairdryer.

Bedroom #2: Has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and luggage rack.

Bathroom #2: Single vanity, tub/shower combination, bidet, and hairdryer.

Bedroom #3: A Queen-sized bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and luggage rack.

Hall Closet: Washer & dryer, beach towels, iron and ironing board.

Beach Closet: 6 folding beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 boogie board, and sand surf toys.

*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is parking.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
5. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot. There is limited guest parking available on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Within the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, breweries, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. McGough Nature Park is just over the main bridge and is a favorite for families to visit. It is just over Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

This Condo is a 10 out of 10. The pictures do not do justice.. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and I’m hard to please when it comes to that. I have OCD and cleanliness really counts in my opinion. We will definitely rent this unit again. My husband was also very impressed., and having the storage garage was heaven sent. I didn’t have to drag my chairs and our tent back-and-forth. The view was amazing. There’s nothing like being gulf front and watching the sunset. If you’re on the fence or considering book this unit, it’s amazing. Well stocked everything you need., my only critique is we could’ve used more bath towels. We had four girls on this trip and girls use more than one towel when they take a shower.. everything else was absolutely perfect.

Fabulous Stay at IRB Condo

The condo was absolutely stunning. Looks even better than the beautiful pictures! We could not think of a thing we would change. Even the 16 month old with us loved everything about the unit. Nice pool and pickleball courts and of course the beach! Lots of good restaurants close by. We had an amazing week and would definitely book again. If you are considering this property, just book it!!
