Designer Boutique style "Sea Salt Condo" coastal getaway, On The Ground Floor ,(no stairs to lug suitcases or groceries up and down from), offers you a gorgeous home away from home, with all of the ammenities, to provide you with an unforgettable coastal vacation. Newly & Completely Renovated and Professionally Decorated 2bed/2bath, ground floor condo in a resort style, gated community of AVALON AT CLEARWATER, just 5min drive to the world famous Clearwater Beach. The condo offers a Split Floorplan with the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides offering guests maximum privacy allowing for a very comfortable stay for a family or 2 couples. Amenities include a gorgeous, resort style, salt water pool area, bbq area, gazebo and fitness center all nestled between beautiful court yards. Condo features modern 12x24 porcelain tile throughout,(no carpeting anywhere for mold to lurk under), king beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms. Master has an ensuite w/step in rain head shower & walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have been completely re done brand new with new tiling, bathtub, shower and vanities. Queen sofa bed in the great room with upgraded plush mattress. Beautiful private Lanai with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail with walkout from the Master as well as the Great room. Great room features 50" flat screen LED TV with free WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen w/granite counter tops, all new white shaker style cabinets & stainless steel appliances, refrigerator has ice maker in the freezer drawer.

Condo is stocked w/beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler & large beach mat for your fun on the areas many beautiful beaches, try a different beach every day or relax in the resort style heated pool.

Laundry room just off the kitchen. Conveniently located and central to Tampa/Clearwater/St.Pete airports, Clearwater Beach, Golf etc.. Relax & enjoy your vacation in high end coastal style! Perfect for those with allergies as all carpets have been removed and all shower enclosures remodeled.

Nice Condo
Very nice place. It is a condo complex with a mix of owners that live there and vacationers. The condo was very well stocked & had everything we needed. Parking was convenient to the condo and it was just a short walk to the pool. There is a very good restaurant and plenty of shopping within walking distance. Clearwater Beach is a 10 minute drive away.

Home away from home
Alexandra is a pleasure to communicate with. There were no issues accessing the property. The condo is aesthetically pleasing upon entry. It is adorned with beautiful decorations, nice large bedrooms that are well furnished and have comfortable beds. Lots of pillows, blankets, towels, and everything you need to cook & eat a meal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is so nice to keep beach towels and swim suits clean!! It is so convenient that it is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas to make your day at the beach wonderful!! There is a broom and dust pan to keep the sand off the floor. There is even some condiments, dish soap, dishwasher liquid, spices, toilet paper, and a blow drier. We enjoyed our week stay!! I only have two negatives, which aren't deal breakers by any means. The tile floor needs a good scrub. It doesn't look dirty (the grout does), but soon after arriving our feet were dirty from the floor (which doesn't look or feel dirty, maybe residue from mopping??) Also, the furniture in the living space, while pleasing to look at, really isn't very comfortable. Again, not a deal breaker, just my honest opinion. I would like to see some magazines and more games, cards, etc. for families! We did use the Pictionary game. Overall, we dealt with the negatives and were thrilled with our stay here. It truly was home away from home.
