Awesome!

Sunshine Cozy Cottages was an amazing stay and the cottages were super cute! The owners are super friendly and kind. The walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes depending on traffic conditions so it is very convenient.

Second time here. Perfect for our needs. Very close to the beach. Very low key. All the basics met. Had a few to many palmetto bugs visit in the bathroom, but its Florida! Staff are great. Will stay again.

We had a great time. Easy access to beach being about a block away (across the street). Trolly stop is near. Cottage was cozy. History/story of the cottages themselves is amazing. Private and exactly what we wanted to get away.

Excellent place to stay in IRB

This was a great place to stay. Lots of places to walk or drive to. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Communication from the time I booked to the day we checked out was amazing. Tony, the manager, was great! Highly recommend if you want a little more privacy than a hotel room and the kitchen and outdoor grill was so nice!

Clean, cozy and quiet retreat

We enjoyed our stay at these cute little cottages. The manager was very friendly and informative. The cottages were very clean and they came with cooking items (pots, pans, silverware, etc). Would definitely stay here again. Beaches were literally right across the street.

A wonderful close to the beach cottage. Manager eas very helpful and friendly. Ongoing maintenence to preserve this gem. Most rooms are air-conditioned, but my side bedroom was not. Only too uncomfortable one night out of 5. I will stay here again!

This is an absolutely charming property with a low-key vibe, great for families, couples and our pets! Seems properties in the older style cottage in FLA are becoming few and far between--and it is refreshing and so nice to have a place like cozy cottages to fill this gap. Loved it for our needs!

Great small family beach getaway

A nice small home within a 1 minute walk to the beach. We had our own parking spot and the people are very friendly and helpful. A little out dated but this did not bother us. Place was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed this place and will be back.

100 yr old dump

The ad for this place is decieving. The cottages are over 100 years old and look it. Many safety hazards. Railings that were broken and had nails sticking out. Inside needed a lot of TLC. The floors are not level, in our bathroom the shower/tub had cracks in it, so my guess the water was running under the cottage and not completely down the drain. As far as sleeping, the queen size bed was so soft (no support), so when you wake in the morning, both you and your spouse would be stuck in a hole. Also it was pushed up against one wall, so one of you had to climb out the end of the bed. Cleanliness was not a priority I guess. Very dusty. The front door could be pushed right open, so not secure at all. When we arrived at the property, no one there to give us directions. Yes, it states that 24-48 hrs before they will send you an email with instructions. Failed. No instructions and not a sole to contact. Called Hotels.com and they at least tried to call the owners. When we got a hold of someone to give us an assigned cottage, they blamed Hotels.com for not sending the email.. everytime we arrived back at our cottage, random people would be parked in our parking place. I think I'll end there. No I would not recommend this place at all.
