Wonderful experience

We had an amazing time. We enjoyed the pool and loved that the beach was right across the road. John's Pass is a long walk or short drive away. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. The condo was very quiet and clean.

Beautiful place!

The place was great for a weekend stay for our family of six. We had some trouble checking in with getting the correct key code and couldn't get an answer at the emergency number at first, but we found another number online and were able to get in fine after a short delay. Other than that everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tropic Breeze. Our unit was exactly as described and was just a short walk across the road to the beach. Our trip was cut short due to a death in our family but we are already looking forward to going back.

Decided to stay another week.

Great Gulf Blvd room! We enjoyed our stay. Listing is accurate. Only complaint I have is the sofa sleeper needs some love and a new mattress. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities. We cook our own dinner to save a few bucks and enjoyed the use of the grill for dinner and lunches.

Perfect Location

We rented a condo at Tropic Breezes on Madeira Beach for a family reunion in Redington. It was a perfect location, directly across the street from a public access and walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, and shops. The Condo size was perfect for our family of 5 and was equipped with everything we needed! We were so busy while we were there in FL that we never got to use the pool, but it looked nice and I seen it getting cleaned frequently! We would stay here again and I highly recommend this place to others! It was such a great little condo!

Great location to beach!

The condo was perfect for us! Great location to beach, with easy access, short drive to Johns pass if walking isn’t preferred. Awesome restaurants in walking distance! Very clean! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Great location

My family of 6 stayed for vacation this year. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and we were right across the street from public beach access. The condo came with some beach chairs and toys for the kids as well. It is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and came equipped with anything we needed for cooking.

Great Property

The property had everything we needed and the location was perfect. My aunt, my daughter, and I were at Madeira Beach for my daughter's college spring break. We were close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and close to shopping. The home was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. I will be back to this area and will definitely look to book this property again.

Great place!!!!

We loved this place so much we will definately go back. It had everything you needed. It was so clean and comfortable. We could see the ocean from the porch. The store was right next door anytime we needed something. The beach was a 2min walk. Walking distance from many restaurants too. It was awesome!
