Great condo. Good size with 2 BR/BA. Loved sitting outside watching the golfers. Close to multiple beaches.

Relaxing

Very clean, cute condo, just like the pictures. Beds are very comfortable. Great location for golf, fishing, beach, good food. The only issue we had was there was no beach items (chairs,towels,umbrella) and there was portable air conditioning and fans due to broken central air - but this worked fairly well. The price of the condo for the 10 days we stayed made up for that - it was discounted some.

Vista Verde on Isla Del Sol - Great Location

This Condo is in a great location to enjoy the St. Petersburg area. It is close to great beaches at Fort Desoto down the block and St. Pete's beach over the bridge. It is close to downtown with the great museums, gardens and restaurants.The Condo was immaculate and in a great spot. I love birds and was able to watch them on the pond right outside the back sliding doors.The management company was also great and responded really quickly to the questions I had.This is a great spot!

A Christmas Getaway

This property is fantastic-very clean, attractive decor, & comfortable LR & BRs. The location is close to wonderful walks, dips in the pool & amazing beaches close-by.

Great Thanksgiving trip

Everything was great except for going to swimming pool. The times posted at the pool are apparently incorrect. Our family went to pool after 9pm and gates were locked and security guard came around and was very rude. All other pools close at sunset and since it was our first time we weren’t aware of that. Now we know but those signs at the pool should be changed.

Birds and birdies

This was a lovely condo for our family. Good, central location but car dependent. The furniture was comfortable and unit was very clean. There were no towels when we arrived, but the management company handled it quickly. The kitchen was sparsely but sufficiently furnished, except there weren’t any cooking spoons so we used the only spatula for most things. Similarly, there were extra pillows and blankets in the closets, but no pillow cases. The best part of this condo was the location on the golf course. The porch is right next to a water hazard and putting green, which is a great place to bird watch and golfer watch with your morning coffee. The closest hot tub wasn’t working during our stay, and there was no indication that anyone was planning to fix it, so we drove to one of the further pools. Overall a great experience.

Comfortable stay in warm Florida
