Island Paradise Cottages, centrally located in Madeira Beach inside a quiet and secure neighborhood, and just off the main road. The cottages are just a 5 minute walk over to the very best beaches that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer, and you are in very easy walking distance of Johns Pass Village, with many excellent restaurants, activities, and attractions. Access to the bay for paddle boarding and kayaking is just a short walk away through the neighborhood, and you can catch the beach trolley nearby if you need to get a little further away.

Our little piece of paradise is perfectly setup for vacationing and relaxing with lush landscaping, an island style tiki hut for socializing and BBQ grilling, a beautiful heated pool, as well as a full inventory of bikes, kayaks, paddle-boards and games exclusively for our Guests' use.

This cottage, affectionately known as "Sea Breeze Cottage" offers:

Very clean, quiet property. Friendly neighbors. Kitchen sink and counter tops could use a bit of an upgrade, but otherwise fine. Fast communications from the managers and stocked with beach chairs and bikes. Will be back next Winter.

Everything was great other than 1minor issue. We had a bulb going out in bedroom ceiling fan and flickering like a strobe light. No big deal as there are table lamps next to beds. Texted the number given and it was taken care of immediately! The location to everything really is fantastic. Would definitely book again! Thanks

Beautiful property and location. What a shame the little place could sure use a good cleaning. I could only open two of the eight windows. And could do better than 6 hotel hangers in the closet, low quality bedding.

We enjoyed our Sea Breeze Cottage. It was the perfect location and we were able to walk to where we needed to go, especially the boardwalk and The West Events Venue. Any issues we had, the property manager took care of us and sent help immediately. The only thing we were bummed about was the pool not being heated! We ENJOYED the firepit in the courtyard and everything else!! We would definitely return!!

Paradise Island Cottages is a great place to stay! The location is perfect. Just off Gulf Blvd., & close to everything! Cottages are clean & nicely furnished, pool is heated & has swim jet stream, Tiki area with gas grills, assigned parking, but most important, Management is easy to communicate with & responsive. Cottages accommodate couples & families! Highly recommend!

We loved staying in this sweet little cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and adorable! The location was great - the walk to the beach was very easy, as was the walk to the John's Pass shops and restaurants. It was a bonus having the beach chairs and beach towels available. The cottage was spotless. You could eat off the floors. The cottage was steps away from a small inground pool which was warm and clean. There were several large trees around the pool which shed their leaves everywhere. Excellent overall experience.

The owners are very responsive and accommodating. The Sea Breeze cottage was clean and had everything we needed. No issues whatsoever. A clean comfortable place within walking distance to beach and John’s Pass!!

First the good news, the location can hardly be beat. A few minutes to walk to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance (10-20 minutes). All the beach accessories are also supplied - Thank you very much for that. The biggest upgrade needed, urgently I think, is a bathroom exhaust system. Once people showered the bedrooms became humid and the sheets clammy. When it became cool enough to turn on the heat it wasn't so much of a problem, but before that we were hanging the bath towels on the outside railing to get them to dry. The humidity also contributes to some cleaning issues around the windows in the bedroom and bath. As we rented for a month we would have appreciated a few cleaning supplies, dish soap, swiffer cloths, toilet bowl brush, and the kitchen really needs a sharp knife! We did appreciate the convenient laundry room.

The group of cottages is thoughtfully laid out, so it feels very personal. So many nice touches that make you feel like a welcome guest and not just the next group staying. Loved the location and how quiet it was even though you are so close to everything.

The property was overall very nice! It was a little outdated and on the smaller side, but still had two beds so it was perfect for the three of us. There is a small pool on site that was right outside our back door which was a plus. The location is AWESOME. It's a very short walk to the beach, John's Pass, and other restaurants as well. The property did have beach chairs which was a perk because we flew and couldn't pack our chairs with us.
