Madeira Beach Vacation

Paradise

This was exactly as it is advertised! Great place! Already planning our next time down! Had an issue with the one air conditioner and they were there in 10 minutes and got it fixed!!

Awful place!

What an awful place to stay. The ad is misleading. It’s not a 3 bedroom, 3 baths, these are 3 SEPARATE houses. We had to have our children sleep in another house! The AC was sooo loud, I couldn’t sleep. We had to get another place and left that very morning! Never again!

Great location

I hate to give a bad review. This place is super cute and very easy walk to the beach. Would be great for a family reunion or small wedding party. The negative, we rented units 6,7,8 and the listing says comes with a dishwasher and none of these units had one. The bathroom is tiny so more than 2 people sharing would be very hard. One unit had bad stains on living room furniture so managers did move the people from our group to a much nicer unit. Unit 6 and 7 never had internet service so we had to use our own hotspots to even have tv. We didn’t bother notifying management about it because we were going to be in and out. Unit 6 needs a big kitchen cleaning. The silverware holder was disgustingly filthy. Needs these items addressed and would be a great place to stay.

Exactly what we needed

We spent Christmas here, and this met our needs perfectly. The three separate units afforded plenty of room for 5 adults who wanted to spend time together but not be on top of each other all of the time. The kitchens were stocked with all we needed to make a big Christmas breakfast and the grills worked great for our holiday dinner of standing rib roast and bacon wrapped shrimp and sides! We enjoyed the common areas outside in the evening---a couple of evenings around the propane fire pit and another evening under the Tiki Hut playing card games around the big table. It was a quick walk to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet and just far enough off of the "main drag" to give us peace, but close enough to make it easy to get to John's Pass and Treasure Island.
