Great central location

Everyone in our party was pleasantly surprised. Great location with lots to do at "base camp" when you're not out visiting one of Florida's major attractions. Located right next to John's Pass boardwalk, across the street from Madiera Beach, and on waterfront canal in the back. The dwelling was also very nice and spacious with everything needed to accommodate a family. Lots of chairs, umbrellas, wagons, and various floating devices for the property are located under the stairs. Would not recommend for anyone who has issues walking up a large staircase though.

Family holiday by the beach

Modern comfort in a great location. We had plenty of space for my husband and our two teen kids for a relaxing holiday. We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, or shopping.
