“Our stay started off great with a warm welcome from the front desk and quick check-in. We appreciated the birthday treats waiting in our deluxe king room. Unfortunately, the room had maintenance issues: the exterior door didn't lock properly, the closet couldn't fully open because it hit the entry door, and the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor.
Service was inconsistent. We waited outside on the veranda before having to go inside to ask for service, but once served the cocktails……
