We were stunned at the beauty of the ocean view. The house is as elegant as the photos suggest. Everything we needed was there. The infinity pool was clean and comfortable day and night. Our host responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is stunning; it actually looks more beautiful in person than it does online. The outdoor space is excellent! The kitchen is well appointed with every utensil, pan, and many spices.Patricia was attentive and quick to respond to our questions. If we travel to St. Thomas again, we will not even consider another rental!

We had an amazing experience with Patricia. We had travel plans unexpectedly change and booked with Patricia at the last minute. She was extremely responsive and had the house cleaned and ready for us 18 hours later when we arrived. She could not have been a better host and we loved the property. No need to leave. Fantastic views and never had to leave the property. 10/10!

This is our second stay at this property, which is best compliment! For us, it's a perfect place to enjoy St. Thomas...a great house, less than a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Magen's Bay beach, close enough to the rest of the island's activities and in a safe, gated community. And the host Patricia, is outstanding!

Patricia's home on the North shore of St Thomas is beautiful and is exactly as advertised. The villa was perfect for our family Christmas vacation with gorgeous views, close access to Magens Beach and excellent amenities. We will definitely stay in Patricia's home again.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this property is beautiful! The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Clean and well maintained. We made a big breakfast every morning, the kitchen was well equipped and stocked with staples. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. The outdoor living space was lovely; great seating and a pool with a view. And the owner was friendly, helpful, and made check in (and out) a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! 100% recommend!

This house suited our needs perfectly. Primary on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs with en suite bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals. We rented a van and the driveway is a little tricky but we eventually mastered it! The view though - best we have ever had. Simply spectacular. Patricia was very helpful and responsive to any inquiries or requests. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved our stay! The house is just as described and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice - it’s even more beautiful in person. Patricia made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect! She gave us all the instructions for check in upon arrival so everything went smoothly! The house is fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking and going to the beach! The beds were so comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. It worked great for our family! We loved having the pool and hot tub right at the house - it was a highlight for the kids! The home was located in a safe neighborhood and close to a great coffee shop and a couple delicious restaurants! The grocery store is a little bit of a drive, but we stopped on our way from the airport to the house and it worked great for our family. There is a book at the house that highlights some of the top places to visit so we had no problem finding things to do and enjoying the week! There was nothing better than waking up to the beautiful views every morning! We would definitely recommend this home! Thank you for a great stay, Patricia!

If I could give this home a 10 star I would! Perfect location and views! In fact the pictures are beautiful but actually being there is even more beautiful. It’s peaceful and the home is very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals on a perfect gas cooktop looking out at the ocean. Overall our experience was a 10 and we will be back!

Patricia’s property was exactly as the pictures and info describes! Absolutely incredible views of the ocean from every room! Rooms were all large and well equipped with everything you would need….just bring your bathing suit!! The booking was super easy and Patricia was quick to respond! We had an amazing stay in St. Thomas! This property is everything that is advertised and more. The views from the rooms and pool are spectacular! We spent most of the time in the pool and enjoying all of the outdoor amenities. We like to stay in and cook so we really appreciated the kitchen and the outdoor grill. The host made everything easy and was accessible for any questions. Looking forward to going back next year!

The property was as advertised. We had 3 couples on the trip and the house was perfect. Enough room for all. The house was well furnished. We really enjoyed the covered porch/deck - you could be in the sun or shade. The location was great- away from the crowds - quiet and peaceful - but just a short drive to all the sites. Lastly, Patricia was a fantastic host. She was very helpful and always prompt in responding to inquiries.

Our family had an incredible week. Pictures cannot do justice to the tranquility the villa provides. Our stay was so relaxing and that's hard to do with four kids and a fiance! Everything about the rental including the property manager was 5 stars. The house itself was very comfortable for our family including two young children. The area was secure and felt very private. The view is amazing, even better than pictures can really capture. Look forward to returning to this home…

Villa Seascape is a lovely place to bring your family together on the north side of St Thomas. With a great view of the ocean, a plunge pool and hot tub along with covered outdoor dining, we loved every minute! Patricia was a lovely and extremely expensive host. We will definitely come back!

We loved this place! We stayed for a week with our adult children and their SO's. It was great that all the bedrooms had king beds. The outdoor spaces and views are amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked with both equipment and supplies. It's a quick 10 minute drive to Magen's Beach and beach chairs, an umbrella, extra large beach towels, and a couple coolers were provided.
