The property itself could use some TLC, the grounds had trash laying around. We stayed just to be convenient to the airport and it served that purpose and I’d probably do it again however, I would not vacation at this property.

On the beach and beach chairs available, thanks to a vendor that take care of them for the hotel. Nice looking pool area. Front desk will assist in getting taxi. Plan on waiting a hour or more at the restaurant for anything. The bar will give you better service and the coffee shack.

The property was a little dated can definitely use upgrades . The bar area was nice the service was extremely slow. The room was dirty when we arrived stained sheets dirty floor and bathroom however once we spoke to the front they did clean it . The lady at the front desk was really nice .Overall it was good.

The sats on the pool was dirty and the area not not kept clean. I was unable to print my boarding pass because the the printer was not working. The entire system was dirty not cleaned for months. Full of dust.

Terrible & rude staff that would walk right past you and not acknowledge you at all. Not to mention, they add an automatic 18% gratuity to all drinks and meals, which we wouldn’t mind paying if the staff was friendly or prompt. The A/C did not work correctly and made e terrible noise all night long.

Nice clean area. Cruisers overwhelmed beach at 10am to 3pm otherwise nice calm beautiful beach and hotel for the relaxation. Great for a one or two day visit. Easy walk from airport with suitcases.

The staff was really nice. Felt comfortable and safe with them. Just genuine, sweet vibes. However, the service at the restaurant was still HORRIBLE. Waited over an hour just for one pizza and not including the 30 minutes just for someone to come up to us…mind you we had to go look for help. It was like this every time and everybody else knew it too. You’d look around and just see everyone at their tables looking around for some service. I called before booking to make sure rooms were up to date and was told the entire resort had remodels. By remodels, I guess they meant a new sink/counter install and called it a day. There was nothing modern or updated about these rooms. You could hear the water tunneling down in the restroom. One bed had a tiny blood stain on the sheets, so we just didn’t use it. You could tell the restroom wasn’t cleaned beforehand. Hair in the shower and dirty mirrors. Balcony and ac unit was janky. Ac didn’t work well for 2 days until someone came and fixed it. Cheetos from the vending machine were wet!!! Through the bag! But what you will enjoy is the easy beautiful beach access. Free towels and chairs with umbrellas, taxis waiting outside the parking lot, walkable to and from the airport. It was worth the money and I’d recommend to someone who doesn’t expect much and isn’t high maintenance. This is not for you, but idk many other hotels around here that are.

The hotel was dirty, most receptionist weren’t the friendliest. The linens seem as if they were never washed, my skin felt so irritated and itchy sleeping on the linen. The room have a grimmey, damp, heavy feel, JUST GROSS. It needs to be renovated& DEEP CLEAN. MY FAMILY AND I COULD NOT WAIT TO CHECK OUT. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Room was really pretty. Had a great view of the ocean. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock so that wasn’t great, but over all it was good. Everything was super clean too. Side note: THERE ARE NO MINI FRIDGES OR MICROWAVES. If that’s something that matters to you (cause it did matter for me and my boyfriend) be prepared. The restaurant were a mess. We went to eat there one night and we waited 30 minutes to be seen, didn’t get seen so we walked up to talk to someone and see if we can place an order. No one was around they were all in the back. I talked to other people who had ordered food and they said they have been waiting 2 hours. Needless to say we just left cause we had a rental car and knew there were other places to eat. Bartender (a gentleman that worked there) was really awesome. The staff were nice for the most part. Parking there is easy and the pool is also really nice. Also super close to a car rental and the airport I definitely would stay here again, I would just manage my expectations.

There was a lot that we really liked about this place. And some things we really disliked about it. To start with the good. The location was great. Easy access to a lot of things. The beach was really beautiful. The food at the restaurant was really good. The service was slow, as people mentioned in other reviews. But that's kind of the island in general. Island time things. I felt it was worth the wait. It was really nice having the jet ski rentals right there. Lime out, for floating tacos was great as well. Now for the negatives. The beds and pillows were probably the worst of any hotel I've slept in. Very uncomfortable. The room was not the cleanest. Not disgusting by any means. But definitely not super clean. The airport is behind the hotel, so the airplanes are very loud on takeoff and landing. But we actually got used to it pretty quickly. And they didn't go late at night, so it didn't disrupt sleep at all. I'm almost not sure if I should mention this, but it was the worst part of the hotel for me. If you are on the ocean side, there are big trees that line the hotel. There are flocks of chickens that roost in those trees every night. I was woken up every morning at 3:30 by the roosters. They crow non-stop between 3:30 and 7:00 a.m. I understand this isn't the hotel's fault. But they could put fake owls or something in the trees to keep them out. Overall, for the price, it's a pretty good hotel. Average price, average hotel.
