  • Tastefully re-modeled condo with gorgeous views of the ocean, marina, and St. John from your private patio. Kitchen 100% new/renovated. 2 minute walk to Sapphire beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. 1 minute walk to the marina where you can catch a sailboat for the day over to St. John. 2 private pools & high-end restaurant onsite just a short walk from your front door. Drive1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening with many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has king bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C keeps the unit cool along w/ 4 ceiling fans located throughout. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers and night stands, beautifully decorated outdoor patio, High-Speed Internet w/ WiFi included. Laundry available onsite and movie rental at the office. Onsite Maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Everything was great. Condo is in a wonderful area near Red Hook. So close to beach. Host was incredibly helpful and offered extra services to make vacation great.

We were impressed with the room and its location. Had everything we needed for our brief stay. Appreciated the king sized bed after several days of much smaller ones. In great walking proximity to Sapphire Bay Beach and its restaurants and coffee shop.

The area was conveniently located close by the ferry. I admire that there is an on-site restaurant along with 2 pools. Definitely gives vacation vibes and it is also conveniently located by the marina and the beach. The host wrote well written instructions and suggestions where I didn't even need to contact him. Everything was smooth. This was an incredible experience!

The room was very comfortable and nice to come back to relax after a long day on the island. We also really liked the fact that there was no key or key card to keep track of because the door has the pin pad to get in. The pool and restaurant right there made for very easy and relaxing evenings.

We had an amazing stay in St. Thomas! Raleigh was an excellent host from beginning to end! Very organized and responsive from start to finish! He was a big help with guidance of everything we needed to know about the island and our stay. He answered our questions promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. Very clean place and we had all of what we needed. A great bonus to also have coolers, beach chairs, snorkel equipment that fit well for both of us and we left a few floating noodles there also for the next guests. Will definitely stay in this place again! Thank you Raleigh!!

Overall, for the location and the price you cannot beat it! Room was well appointed and clean. There is some construction though not active at this time: Which is outside of the owners control. This seems to be temporary. Again great communication and great recommendations.

The condo is at a wonderful location, only a few minutes from Sapphire beach. The room is clean, well decorated and feels really cozy. We enjoyed the stay there and would highly recommend.

Great location for the pool, and Sudis. The bed was comfy. The extras that were in our room are always an added bonus with beach gear.The shower is a bit tight and awkward.

Great stay. The host was extremely responsive and answered all of my messages right away. The studio was clean, nicely furnished, and had everything I needed, including plenty of towels. The welcome package was very helpful and informative, which I appreciated. The location was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
