The ocean was not visible from my room. It would have been nice to have electrical outlets close to the bed/night stand. The outlets were all being used for lamps etc. and the only available one was behind the little fridge across the room.

Expedia advertised it falsely by stating there was a white Sandy beach and there was not a Sandy beach but 20 minutes away false advertisement. Overpriced. Poor restaurant, food, limited selection, and overpriced.

The security staff was great. That’s about all I can say about the property. The pictures are a poor representation of what you actually get. The bathroom is covered in lime and rust. I’m sure from the water quality. Sheets yellowed again I’m sure from the water quality. During our stay the hotel ran out of water. The restaurant is over priced, it stinks, and it’s out dated. The other positive thing is that it is close to the ferry and close to downtown.

We had a clean room, the maid came thru daily and replenished our towels swept up our sand and mopped the floors, and made the beds. The security there were nice and helpful. Didnt see any roaches like other reviews. Our stay was very pleasant with a nice ocean view. The breakfast they offered was good and affordable. Id stay here again.

This place was phenomenal, the hotel room was a great price with a great view, the staff was very courteous and helpful, th rooms were very clean the only negative about it is we ate breakfast in the restaurant and breakfast cost $65. Quite a bit overpriced but other than that everything else was great.

Had to call maintenance for the TV to work. Told the maintenance guy that the refrigerator WAS NOT COLD!!! Nobody never came back to replace or fix it. Beds were comfortable. No window outside view and there was a sliding glass door that was covered up so you cannot see outside. Staff was nice. Pool was nice. Bar area outside was nice. I checked out Monday 2/23 and still have not received my $150 deposit yet as of 2/27/26.

check in time they’re not on time there, We didn’t get checked in till after 6 PM. I will say the room was clean and pretty nice matters was not the best little lumpy. convenient to the ferry and to the shops in town and restaurants and only 10 minutes from the airport.

We stayed there 5 nights. They cleaned our room 2 times and only after going down to the front desk and asking. The building has potential but the amenities are lacking. The pool had 4 tables, 2 had umbrellas, a dozen or so chairs and just 2 lounges. No food or bar during the daytime. And everybody that worked there in any capacity performed their jobs like it was their first or second week on the job

The hotel itself was fine, decent rooms, good location and the day staff was extremelyhelpful and pleasant, but the bar behind the hotel went until 12:30 am (and thos was a sunday) and I was staying here for work and had to get up at 6 am. I know most people traveling to St. Thomas are on vacation, but still may not want.to hear thumping music all night. I was told by the night staff that thats just how it is.

We had to switch hotels last minute when our flight home was delayed due to a big winter storm and our prior hotel was booked solid. We found the staff welcoming and accommodating, the room clean and spacious, and even had a minute to relax poolside. Thanks, Windward!

The room did not have an iron. We asked for one, twice and it wasn’t brought until we mentioned it a third time. One of the women at the front desk was not welcoming, at all. Never said hello. Never asked us anything. When my daughter went down to get snacks they didn’t take cash or Apple Pay. This was never told to us upon arrival. Same front desk woman never offered my daughter the option to charge to the room until I came down with her to ask. Just very cold in general. On the bright side, security was always on staff.

I prepaid for my room and the front desk staff tried to run my card for $239 again and said she made a mistake. The moment you walk in the room it feels dirty the sheets and bed carries a cheesy odor. I will never come back here again. I was warned not to make reservations here. Never again
