Perfectly adequate for our short stay. The hotel is spread over two old buildings so there was no lift and we had to lug our bags up the steep stairs to our room. Decent breakfast in the main building and very helpful staff. Would use again

Reception was closed at arrival 5pm, needed to call someone to get the key. Hotel insited on payment at arrival, no flexibility to cancel the second night. Not the cleanest hotel and room.

Good and coizy rooms for single travellors with familiar and friendly atmosphere. People are very quite, so it is easy to find sleep. Restaurants are very close, so there is no fear to leave the hotel in the evening to have a nice evening.

Wrong info, new policy

It said when I made the reservation that it was pet-friendly hotel. When checking out I were told that they had change their policy and didn't allow dogs and therefore I had to pay €30 more. Please give the right info before changing your roules.

Zentral am Fischmarkt gelegenes Hotel mit äußerlich historischem Flair und modern eingerichteten Zimmern, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück bietet ab 7 Uhr für jeden Gast viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich ab der ersten Minute wohl fühlt. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder.

Das Hotel liegt überragend zentral in der Stadtmitte von Stade und das gesamte Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und angenehm freundlich. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist sehr gut, einzig der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein, beengt bei voller Auslastung. Die -kostenpflichtige - Parkplatzsituation in der Stadtmitte ist etwas umständlich aber unter netter Hilfe des Personals machbar! Die Gruppenmitglieder würden immer wieder einchecken!!

Saubere Zimmer ausreichend groß. Gutes Frühstück und hilsbereites nettes Personal. Das einzige was nicht gut war und deshalb das gesamt Ergebnis runterzieht, ist das ab 7 Uhr morgens der Krach losgeht.

Misvisende at skrive at der er selvstændig parkering ved hotellet. Misvisende at skrive at der er lader til elbiler ved hotellet. Parkering og eksterne ladere fandtes på tagparkering på varehus ca. 5 min. fra hotellet.
