“Room toilet not very clean”

“We were very happy with the stay, the location is convenient, a lot of restaurants nearby and few minutes walk to a shopping centre. The room is spacious, clean and the staff are nice and friendly. A lot of polices around the hotel makes it very safe and confident to park our car in the car park.”

“The check in process was easy and as check in closes at 10pm and our arrival was going to be close to that, the hotel called us on route to check our arrival time and advise us of the gate code and door entry code if we were to arrive after 10pm. The room and bathroom were clean well presented and had tea and coffee facilities, and the bed was very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. “Keep your curtain close or otherwise there will be tonnes of flies. The environment was neat and tidy and it was very near to a supermarket. However, the television indication light was EXTREMELY disturbing. It was bright and blue and shined through the night when all light was off. Have to cover it with a towel.”

“After a long day of travelling, we made a last-minute decision to add one more overnight stop before heading home from the Eurotunnel — and we’re so glad we did. What a gem! This charming small hotel is beautifully peaceful, with just a few rooms, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also had a lovely dinner at the on-site restaurant, which made the evening even more relaxing. It felt like a perfect little escape to recharge before……

“Reception staffs are nice and friendly. Room are clean. Just it's located on high street and opposite of pubs which our room environment is noisy and our rest was disturbed. Also, parking space s limited and has to be pre-booked but it didnt mention during booking through hotel.com ”

“This is a great hotel, and the perfect jumping off point for people using the Eurotunnel. Lovely clean room, breakfast caters for all sorts and starts really early. Can eat evening meal in the restaurant too, but we didn't this time. Staff are friendly and polite. Will earmark this one for next year!”
