Lovely lady receptionist upgraded us to a superior double which was spacious with a large bed and great view of the church opposite, Ben, the duty manager was very efficient with the breakfasts. He got me extra tea as requested and did a lovely takeaway bag of sausage and bacon sandwich so my husband could eat later. Great staff, stylish rustic hotel. A perfect stay!

We liked the outdoor patio and the restaurant. The staff were wonderful. Les pulled a red cord in the bathroom thinking it was to vent the room after a shower but it was for "emergencies". That should have been explained or at least documented in the room.

I had an incredible stay at the swan. I got a free upgrade to their Suite and it was beautiful! The 4 poster bed was elegant and comfy. The room had loads of space and it was very clean. All the bath products smelt amazing. I'm annoyed that I forgot to buy some at reception when I left. I had dinner too and the staff were very helpful and great service. Food was yummy , as was the cocktail. The whole place has a great atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely and lots of choice for hot and cold options. Can't recommend it enough!
