很差的洒店

接待員喝醉了，房間內只有兩張床，連椅子都沒有，这里是公共衛生間的，看來只是兩星的酒店，wifi密碼也不供給，一斷开便沒得用，大家要注意！

I am suprised this hotel accommodation has not been condemned, obviously the building, hygiene, health, hotel inspectors have never visited. I have stayed in various locations around the world including Sudan, Zimbabwe, Belize in the outback with no basic infrastructure facilities, and I've got to say the Swan Inn, Heathrow Airport would fit in well it amongst them. Third World outback accommodation has hit 16 High Street, Staines TW19 7JS. Apart from that I don't think I'll be rushing back there when there is a decent Biffa Skip with cardboard in it just down the road that I can stay in.

No entiendo como tienen licencia para correr como hotel, es una pesadilla, Kelly la mujer que atiende es una pesadilla, grosera, en la parte de abajo del hotel es un Pub, baje a comprar una bebida (Coke) y estaban agresivos conmigo preguntado que quería ? Estaban muy ebrios, siempre hay gente ebria, lugar muy sucio, horrible, desagradable, la peor experiencia de mi vida!!!!!

Dirty, the only clean part luckily were the bed sheets everything else old and dirty. They advertise food but I was told on arrival that they do not serve any food and closed early. The pictures of the place must have been when it was new because it does not look anything like them now. If you have a choice do not stay there. I should have read the comments before booking. I did not stay the 3 nights I had booked, made a new booking at another hotel and moved there.

There was no one the front desk and the only number they gave was unable to take calls! We were badly stranded after a exhausting journey. After a long wait, had no choice but to search for another hotel. The staff on duty never responded to our messages through Expedia forum. Will avoid this place for all times ahead!

I booked a room for one night. When I tried to check in nobody was on desk even main door was locked. I tried to call staff nobody took it. Me and my wife almost had to wait 1 hour and we exhausted. And I had to book a other hotel for stay. I recommend that no go there. It was very bad experience for me and my wife. Don’t go.

When I pulled up outside, I thought it was a deli building at first scrapped caravan in the corner of the car park the pictures you show online or nothing like what it actually is completely misleading

The place was terrible. I had to leave and stay somewhere else. There was poor communication with the staff. Th e check in situation was a mess. Online the check in was noon. When I arrived they told me it was 2 pm. I just left and went over to Hotel Row on Bath St. I stayed at the Holiday Inn, The Holiday Inn was very expensive and very nice. The Swann inn was a very bad choice. I would never recommend Swann Inn. It cost me an extra two nights fees with no cancelation or refund options. The bottom line is it that I am out of pocket about $700.00 for a two night stay that would have been unter $300.00 if I had made better choices.

I will not stay here again and would not recommend it. The pub is closed . You access the front door and room via text message with the codes. There are no staff on sight. There were no towels provided. A kettle but no cups . Communal bathroom was unacceptable. Poorly maintained. The bedsheet were clean but no mattress protection and it didn’t look good.. this could be a great place to stay due to the location of the airport and a nice quiet residential area. It needs a big investment and could be turned into a nice accommodation for short over night stays with car parking provided..

DO NOT STAY HERE! Broken Divan bed with dirty sheets. Wires hanging off walls. Electrical sockets made my plug so hot it burnt me. NO running water in the bathroom at all, from sink or shower. Broken tiles on bathroom floor cut my toe open. Hundreds of dead flies in the see-through lampshade.
