“First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!”

“Shower is tiny. I changed my room because mattress is smelly and dirty. The staff is very helpful. They apologized and also found another room for me.”

“I visit many hotels and there are too many major hotel chains that do not maintain high levels of service. This hotel was a welcome change as the standards throughout were very high. A special mention for the staff who were so helpful, and to the very high standards of the outside areas. So pleasing to see no litter but properly maintained gardens and walkways. Well done. ”
