"Poor customer service, long waits at front desk for anything at all hours. No points awarded for any of my stays using expedia. Property was in terrible condition. Trash. Animal feces. Cigarette butts. Mud in hallways and stairways. Cant open windows to let in frsh air or you get a 100$ fine. Rip off all around. New owners are a far cry from previous. Good luck. "
