「Our family loves to pick an area and explore. This year we chose the Northwoods of WI. In looking for a place to stay, we came across this unique listing and decided to treat ourselves. Once we got past the open concept restrooms; we enjoyed the relaxing nature, fun amenities like record player, the unchimney, comfy beds, beautiful rooftop views, turtle sightings and sauna. The hosts were wonderful with local suggestions and making sure we had everything we needed.」

「We were in town for a family get together and this worked perfectly for our family of four. We only stayed one night but we all agreed we'd stay here again. The only disappointment was the Wi-fi, it wasn't strong enough to support texting and we didn't have cell service. 」

「We arrived late and we did not have any issues in getting in. The place was very clean and appealing. Only concern was the bathroom size being too small and a lot of creaking sound from upstairs. Sound insulation could help. The kitchen amenities was great and we loved the tea. Not much to add for we came in late and left after getting up. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「Our group likes weekday fall trips once school is in session. We chose Bolger Lake, just a stones throw from Minocqua. Beautiful home and property. The sauna was a pleasant surprise, and several ways to enjoy the lakeside setting. Recommend to adults and families. Close to everything Minocqua has to offer.」

「Easy water access in a beautiful location- close to the highway for quick trips to town and the grocery store. The house was very well stocked and appreciated all of the helpful labeling and cots to help configure sleeping as we needed. Our group enjoyed the kayaks and evening fires outside. 」

「The Lodge was just perfect for our family, 6 adults & 1 infant. We were close to family on Middle Sugarbush Lake and our main reunion host.Couples w small children came over to enjoy the Sandy to beach and loved it.The Lodge is clean and has a nice classic Up North apeal. Lollie and Mick are friendly, and very accommodating. Overall excellent fun week!!!」
