The newly built luxury villa Beatrice is located in Starigrad, a small town in northern Dalmatia, right at the foot of the Velebit mountain. This beauty is only 80 metres from the sea and will offer you a fantastic view of the crystal clear Adriatic where you will enjoy like a king!



This modern villa is ready to open its doors for a maximum of 14, and optimally 12 people. It is ideal for large families with children or a larger group of friends who want to enjoy complete luxury! You have 280 m2 of living space at your disposal, while the total area of the property is 600 m2. The nearest pebble beach is 100 metres away, which is an excellent opportunity for fun, swimming and exploring the depths of the sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and guests will be comfortably accommodated on the top floor in 6 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and associated ensuite bathrooms. The rooms also have a terrace from which you can drink your morning coffee or simply enjoy the view.



On the ground floor, you will prepare your favourite meals for your family and friends in the modern kitchen, and you will enjoy delicious dinners at the dining table in the dining room! The kitchen also contains a bar with 4 bar stools. The spacious living room will be a place for afternoon socializing with a good movie or your favourite series. Children will be able to play PlayStation.



We believe that the outdoor terrace will delight you the most, thanks to the heated pool of 40 m2, 1.4 metres deep, and the lounge area right next to the pool with seating. Next to it, on the sunbathing area, there are deckchairs for sunbathing. You can also use the grill, and the outdoor summer kitchen, where you can test your culinary skills and prepare delicious fish or meat dishes, and read books on the outdoor covered seating under the shade of a pine tree!



You will spend romantic evenings in the jacuzzi, with the occasional glass of delicious wine, while you will rest your body and soul in the sauna and enjoy the peace and quiet.



Additional facilities that you will be able to use during your stay in this beautiful villa are a washing machine, 1 separate toilet and a sofa bed for 2 additional people. If children are coming with you on holiday, a feeder and a cot are available.



A maximum of 2 pets can stay in the villa, with prior agreement and payment, which will especially delight guests who want to take their furry friends with them on holiday.



The yard of the villa is completely fenced, and there are 6 parking spaces outside it. The villa also contains a charger for electric cars.



Paklenica National Park is the perfect escape for anyone who enjoys hiking and climbing or enjoying beautiful nature. Fans of the movie Winnetou, an Indian hero from the Wild West, can visit the museum of the same name, which is located in the immediate vicinity.



Don't miss visiting the urban centre of Zadar, which is only half an hour's drive away. All lovers of cultural and historical monuments and landmarks will enjoy this source of historical heritage dating back to prehistoric times. Also known as a three-thousand-year-old city, Zadar is one of the cities with the largest number of preserved historical monuments in Croatia.



Apart from the Roman Forum, one of the largest preserved forums in Europe, the most famous landmark is the church of St. Donata, which dates back to the 9th century, and numerous churches from the Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance periods will delight all lovers of history and culture. Near Zadar there is another historic town with a similar historical and cultural landmark called Nin.
