Property was unclean, and manager stated they have a sewage problem they have been trying to resolve for some time now. Receptionist stated that every room is going to be unclean when I was searching for a room up to par. The Hampton in Starkville, MS charges the same price, with better rooms and service

Hotel is definitely aged, but it was well maintained. Night staff was hard to get ahold of at the front desk. Day staff was present and helpful. It was clean and free of any major issues.

This is an older property which looks to me like they are attempting to update. They need to. I had maintenance problems which is why I downgraded the staff. The staff that I personally dealt with did what they could. Air conditioning was good, which is not always the case in much pricier hotels. Bed and pillows were also good. For me, comfortable bed in a cool room is really all I need.
