Beautiful Home in Happy Valley 2.2 Miles from Beaver Stadium
- This spacious home sleeps up to 14 and is located within 2.4 miles of Beaver Stadium, Downtown, Campus and The Nittany Mall. Our home has 4 bedrooms each with a queens size bed and has 4 full bathrooms. The large Master Bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The living room has 2 Sofa Beds and a queen size lay down sofa. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed and a Trundle Day bed.

Football Weekend
We had a great time at this property. It easily accommodated 14 of us very comfortably and was well stocked with everything we needed. LOTS of blankets helped for this cold weather! Would definitely stay again!

Family friendly home close to State College
Awesome property and owners. My extended family had a wonderful stay for a meet, the property was so welcoming and felt just being like being at home. Very close to campus, in a quiet and safe area. Very clean and has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay.
